Based On The Characteristics Of Early Kidney Damage In H-type Hypertension To Discuss The Effect Of Huanglian Wendan Decoction

Obj ective:To study the effect of Hcy on early renal damage in hypertension patients as well as to observe the clinical effect of Huanglian Wendan DecoctionMethods:All patients were divided into two types according to their biochemical test results,H-type hypertension group with Hcy>15 and Non-H hypertension group with Hcy<15.Each type of survey population included 70 patients.These two types of patients are randomly allocated to the control group(3 5 cases)treated with basic antihypertensive drugs and the treatment group(3 5 cases)treated with drugs combined with Huanglian Wendan Decoction.Comparing the difference of each index before and after treatment to explore the effects of homocysteine on hypertension and the therapeutic effect of Huanglian Wendan Decoction.SPSS22.0 software is applied to analyze the dataResults:1.IL-6 and NF-?B in patients who in H-type hypertension group was higher than that in Non-H hypertension(p<0.01,p<0.05)2.UACR in patients with H-type hypertension was higher than that in patients who in Non-H hypertension group(p<0.01),GFR was lower than that of Non-H hypertension(p<0.05)3.After treatment,Hcy,SBP and DBP in the treatment group of H-type and Non-H-ty p e hypertension were improved compared with the control group of H-type and Non-H-type hypertension(p<0.0 1)4.After treatment,I1-6,NF-?B,UACR and GFR were improved in H-type and Non-H-type hypertension control groups(p<0.01,p<0.05)5.The TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group of H-type and Non-H-type hypertension were significantly lower than those in the control group of H-ty pe and Non-H-ty pe hypertension(p<0.0 5).Conclusion:1.I1-6,NF-?B,UACR was higher in H-type hypertension than in Non-H-ty pe hypertension,and GFR was lower in H-type hypertension.2.Huangli an Wendan Decoction can improve IL-6,NF-?B,UACR,GFR and TCM syndrome of H-type hypertension patients with mutual pattern of phlegm and blood stasis.
