Objective:To explore the influence of electro-nape-acupuncture on the balance ability and B AEP of brainstem ischemia model rats,and to provide an experimental basis for clinical application of electric items in the treatment of brain stem ischemiaMethods:Select clean grade male SD rats,after 7 days of routine adaptive feeding and 2 days of adaptive training of the rotarod experiment,the formal experiment will begin.Adult rats were randomly divided into four groups,namely,acupuncture group,electro-nape-acupuncture group,sham operation group and model group,20 rats each.Except for the sham operation group,the other three groups all used the electrocoagulation method of vertebral artery blood flow to prepare the rat brainstem ischemia model.The sham operation group was only dissected to the bilateral flank foramen,and no related vertebral artery treatment was performed.Twenty-four hours after the successful modeling,the acupuncture group started treatment.The rats at both sides of the acupuncture group were taken for a total of 7 days of acupuncture treatment.7 days of treatment.The model group and the sham operation group were arrested,tied,and fixed under the same conditions,but the same treatment was not given.The rats in the above four groups were subjected to the rotarod test and Bederson score before treatment,immediately after treatment,and at three time points after 7 days of treatment to detect the behavioral changes of the rats,and then to detect the amplitude and peak latency of BAEPResults:1.Bederson scoreCompared with the sham operation group,the scores of the rats in the model group,acupuncture group,and electric item acupuncture group were significantly increased(P<0.01);3 hours after modeling,the score of the electric acupuncture group was significantly reduced(P<0.01);after 7 days of treatment,compared with the model group,the scores of the acupuncture group and the electric acupuncture group were significantly reduced(P<0.05);In comparison with immediate treatment,the score decreased significantly after 7 days of treatment(P<0.01)2.Rotor experimentCompared with the sham operation group,the residence time of the model group,acupuncture group,and electric item acupuncture group was significantly shortened(P<0.01)3 hours after modeling;immediately after treatment,compared with the model group,the acupuncture group and the electric item acupuncture group were larger The residence time of rats increased significantly(P<0.05);the residence time of the electroacupuncture group was significantly increased compared with the acupuncture group(P<0.05);after 7 days of treatment,compared with the model group,the residence time of the acupuncture group and the electro acupuncture group continued than the acupuncture group(P<0.05)4.The impact of BAEP wave amplitude(AMP)Wave ?:Compared with the rats in the sham operation group,there was no significant difference in the wave AMP of the rats after modeling(P>0.05)Wave ?,?:Compared with the sham operation group,the AMP of the remaining three groups was significantly reduced(P<0.01);immediately after treatment,compared with the model group,the AMP of the acupuncture group and the electric item acupuncture group was significantly increased(P<0.01);After 7 days of treatment,compared with the model group,the AMP of the acupuncture group and the electric item acupuncture group was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the electric item acupuncture group was significantly higher than the acupuncture group(P<0.05)Conclusions:1.Both electro-nape-acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture can improve the BAEP detection index of brainstem ischemia model rats,which have a positive significance for the recovery of nerve function of brainstem ischemic rats.Also the effect of electro-nape-acupuncture is better than that of ordinary acupuncture2.Both electro-nape-acupuncture immediate treatment and 7-day treatment can reduce neurological deficits and motor dysfunction in rats with cerebral stem ischemia,and continuous treatment for 7 days is better than immediate treatment.
