OBJECTIVE: To explore the brain function henodynamics and the organic changes of brain using transcranial doppler brain stem auditory evoked potential and CT. In order to prevent from hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage affectively, redudcing disablement rate and death rate.MATERL4L 4ND METHODS:Select 50 patients of hyperten- sion( male 32 female 18) and 50 pers~nts without cerebrol vascular and hypertension devided into two groups treated group and control group they were all studied with TCD and brain stem auditory evoked potential and CT. RESULTS: TCD which tested brain aorta spectral window henodynakics and pulstatility index infered that the blood hemodynamics of hypertension patients was lower than that in the control group and one or more aortas were systolic or endiastolic peak high flow elocity 47patients (94 percent) was unnormal in TCD the level of tested group in brain stem evoked potential was siginificantly higher than that of the control group 38 patients (76 percent) were 3 unnormal in the tested group There were 15 patients (30 percent) with brain organic changes as the vena cerebral thrombembolia How- ever there was no changes in the control group using transcranial doppler brain stem auditory evoked potential and CT.CONCL US ION: There were few organic changes of brain, Other wise changes in brain functional and hemodynmic were very significant. Therefor T.C.D and brain stem auditory evoked potential may be served as the objective index for early diagnosing and predicting the cerebral vascular disease.
