With the successive introduction of national policies of a new round of medical reform,a group of actions has been effectively implemented,such as broadly abandoning drug additions in public hospitals,appropriately adjusting medical prices,and strictly prohibiting the link between staff wages and drug income.It has become difficult for hospitals to boost their income with “complicated examinations and general prescriptions” and to support their development rely on selling medicines.As one of the first class of comprehensive public hospitals,XX Hospital uses the method of balanced revenue and expenditure to distribute bonuses,which is unlikely to motivate employees' enthusiasm and creativity,what's more,it is hard to operate under the new medical reform.This paper mainly focuses on the workload and discusses the bonus distribution mode in hospitals,which also includes the factor of controllable costs within each department.This proposal is aimed to increase the efficiency of hospital operations,improve the quality of medical services,ensure the achievement of overall strategic goals of the hospital,and meet the new round of performance appraisal requirements launched by the national health management department.Initially,this essay summarizes the background and significance of researches on the bonus distribution in hospitals,reviews national and international theories related to the bonus distribution model of hospitals,and introduces the research methods and research contents of this paper.Furthermore,taking XX hospital as an example,this paper analyses the status quo of its bonus distribution and points out the deficiency and main problems of its bonus distribution model with a practical strategy for the hospital to in line with the context of new medical reform.Finally,in terms of the implementation of the program,specific safeguard measures were proposed in this paper,including difficulties of the implementation and the support of information software.
