Study On The Information System Of Adverse Event Reporting In X Psychiatric Hospital Based On PDCA Cycle

With the steady progress of the new health care reform,the core of the hospital reform is to enhance the hospital medical quality management and the ultimate goal of medical quality management is to improve the patient satisfaction according to Medical Malpractice Management Regulation,Patient Safety Goals,Detailed Rules for Grading Review of Grade iii General Hospitals(2011 edition),Measures for the Quality Control of Medical Treatment and Medical Malpractice Classification Standards and some other relevant regulations,Adverse event reporting management is an important means to achieve this goal,which has research significance.Based onthe analysis of the definition of adverse events,combining with the study of the adverse event reporting management from X mental hospital,using literature analysis,field interview method,questionnaire,and summary,the author puts forwardthe necessity of establishing adverse event reporting information system in this paper.According to the hospital management level,users of the adverse event reporting information system are classified,and the adverse events of the hospital are divided into 9 categories and 39 subcategories.The adverse event reporting management process and data process are analyzed to form a closed-loop management with orderly management and full participation.By introducing PDCA cycle theory,the function modules of hospital adverse event reporting management information system are designed,including seven modules:system management module,regulations management module,incident report module,incident processing module,incident query module,incident statistical analysis module and case publication module.This system uses the three-layer structure of B/S mode,Java programming language and SQL Server database to realize the functions of reporting,processing,inquiry,statistical analysis,feedback,learning and so on.In this paper,the research on the adverse event reporting information system can make a more accurate grasp of all kinds of hospital fault information,so as to form a more scientific judgment on all kinds of adverse events,and effectively avoid the occurrence of medical errors,which has certain practical significance for improving the level of comprehensive medical treatment in hospitals and realizing social benefits.
