Research On The Group Work Involved In Improving Self-efficacy Of Rural Mental Disorder Patients In Rehabilitation

Community rehabilitation is an important way for patients with mental disorders to restore their social adaptability,achieve social participation and integrate into society.However,patients with mental disorders in the rehabilitation period in rural areas are affected by education level,family income and other factors,lack of correct understanding of the disease,and there is a general situation of self-negation and lack of self-confidence.Unreasonable cognition leads to the low level of self-efficacy of the patients with mental disorders in the rehabilitation period,which affects the behavioral choice,thinking mode and emotional response mode of the patients,makes the patients habitually face the problem as a threat,and the ability to deal with the negative emotions such as depression and anxiety is weak.In the process of community rehabilitation,patients will avoid the external environment beyond the control of self-perception,prefer to stay at home,which weakens the role that the community should play in their rehabilitation process,and family members are unable to provide better rehabilitation support due to lack of care experience,the group's rehabilitation effect is not good,resulting in frequent repeated admission phenomenon.The core content of this research is to explore social work practice paths to improve the level of self-efficacy of patients with mental disorders in the rehabilitation period in rural areas,help patients correct irrational cognition,and shape good behavioral patterns and thinking patterns.In this article,patients with mental disorders in the rehabilitation period of T town in Chongqing are taken as the research object.The author understands the needs of this group through previous interviews.Under the guidance of social learningtheory and self-efficacy theory,this study focuses on the improvement of self-efficacy in patients with mental disorders during the rehabilitation period in T town,integrates the four important sources of self-efficacy into the group work,and through the ten-section group activities to help patients with mental disorders in rehabilitation to transfer their attitudes,behaviors and so on,reduce anxiety,fear and other bad emotions,promote disease improvement,enhance self-identity,enhance self-efficacy,so as to make changes in cognition and behavior,and then better achieve community rehabilitation.After evaluating and comparing the self-efficacy level and personal performance of the group members before and after the start of the group,it is found that the group members had confidence in their personal abilities,the uselessness in interpersonal communication,self-management,and self-awareness are significantly reduced,and the level of self-efficacy is greatly improve.This proves that it is feasible and effective to improve the sense of self-efficacy of patients with mental disorders in rural rehabilitation during group work.After that,the author summarizes and reflects on the research.The research has achieved good results,the author believes that there are the following points: first,use group work to intervene in the improvement of self-efficacy of patients with mental disorders in the rehabilitation period;second,pay attention to the role interaction between social workers and patients in the rehabilitation period;third,give full play to the guiding role of self-efficacy theory in group activities;fourth,actively seek the help of psychiatrists.In the part of research reflection,the author deeply analyzes the present situation of community rehabilitation for patients with mental disorders in the rehabilitation period in rural areas in China,points out two outstanding problems: the low degree of specialization of rural community rehabilitation and the unsound social support network.Then the author puts forward the concrete measures to improve the degree of specialization of rural community rehabilitation and the perfect social support network from the point of view of the problems.This study not only explores the specific path of group work involved in the improvement of the self-efficacy of patients with mental disorders in the rehabilitation period in rural areas,but also analyzes the plight and development of rural communityrehabilitation to a certain extent,but because the author's foundation is insufficient,the ability of theoretical expansion and practical intervention needs to be further improved.
