Objective:To analyze the relationship between plasma sphingomyelin and sphingosine 1-phosphate and coronary artery disease. Methods:Randomly selected 131 patients with coronary angiography(cag)who were diagnosed with coronary heart disease in the Cardiology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Normal University(Hunan Provincial People's Hospital)from October 2018 to October 2019.The diagnosis was confirmed as coronary 97 cases of atherosclerotic heart disease.Among them, there were 29 cases in the acute myocardial infarction(AMI)group,35 cases in the unstable angina pectoris(UAP)group,34 cases in the stable angina pectoris(SAP),and 34 cases in the normal coronary angiography control group.According to the results of coronary angiography, patients with coronary heart disease Divided into 33 cases of multi-vessel disease group,35 cases of double-vessel disease group,31 cases of single-vessel disease group.According to gensini score,it was divided into 34 cases of extremely severe disease group,33 cases of severe disease group,27 cases of moderate disease group, mild Twenty-three patients in the disease group were collected blood samples from the selected patients, and their concentrations of sphingomyelin and sphingosine 1-phosphate in the plasma were collected to analyze the relationship between their levels and coronary atherosclerosis.Results:1.Plasma SM and S1 P levels in the AMI group,UAP group, and SAP group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p <0.05).The plasma SM and S1 P in the AMI group were significantly higher than those in the UAP group,SAP group, and NC group(p <0.05);the plasma SM and S1 P in the uap group were significantly higher than those in the SAP group and the control group(p <0.05);S1P was significantly higher than the control group(p <0.05)2.Plasma SM and S1 P levels in patients with multivessel disease group,two-vessel disease group, and single-vessel disease group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(p <0.05)4.According to the Gesini integral grouping, plasma SM and S1 P levels increased with the severity of the Gesini integral group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and there was a positive correlation with correlation coefficients of 0.79 and 0.76,respectively,which had significant correlations.conclusions:1.Plasma SM and S1 P levels in patients with coronary heart disease are significantly higher than those in the control group, and plasma SM and S1 P levels in ami group and uap group are significantly higher than those in the sap group. This indicates that high levels of plasma SM and S1 P are associated with coronary atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease.Related to plaque instability;2.The greater the number of coronary lesions, the higher the concentration of plasma SM and S1P;and it is positively correlated with the Genisi score of coronary lesions. It is predicted that the plasma SM and S1 P can reflect the severity of coronary heart disease.3.Plasma SM and S1 P may become reference indicators for the extent of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease.
