Objective To compare the effects of different sedation strategies on the levels of myocardial injury markers and prognosis in patients with sepsis myocardial injury.Method 72 patients with sepsis who met the criteria were randomly divided into 2groups(light sedation group and deep sedation group),36 patients in the light sedation group(RASS score 0~-2 points),36 patients in the deep sedation group(RASS score-3~-4 points),All patients were sedated with propofol.The values of brain natriuretic peptide,cardiac troponin I and troponin T in the two groups were compared between the first day to the third day after sedation.At the same time,the patient was admitted to the ICU first day APACHE II score,SOFA score,At the same time,assess the patient's first day APACHE II score and SOFA score on the ICU,Clinical data such as mechanical ventilation time,ICU stay time and 28-day case-fatality rates were collected.Result The levels of BNP(pg/ml)gradually decreased from day 1 to day 3 in both groups(934±494?595±283?395±227,1217±552?856±409?642±398),The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of c Tn T and c Tn I(ng/ml)decreased slowly from day 1 to day 3 in both groups(0.11±0.13?0.09±0.08?0.09±0.14,0.12±0.07?0.13±0.14?0.11±0.10,0.25±0.61?0.25±0.06?0.13±0.27,0.18±0.25?0.17±0.280.15±0.28),However,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The mechanical ventilation time(8.81±3.00?7.39±2.35)and ICU stay time(9.39±3.44?7.44±2.32)were compared between the two groups.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 28-day case-fatality rates in the two grou Ps of patients,There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The Deep sedation has a Stronger myocardial protection effect in patients with sepsis myocardial injury,However,light sedation can shorten the patient's mechanical ventilation time and reduce the patient's ICU hospitalization time.But can not change the patient's 28-day case-fatality rates.
