| Objectives: Resident death levels and causes of death are important indicators reflecting the health status of a region,it is an important basis for formulating health service development plans and health policies,urgent need to identify core health department,giving play to departmental health responsibilities to promote health governance.The purpose of this study is to identify the cause of death from the perspective of the cause of death of urban and rural residents,trace the cause of death to relevant departments,identify the key related departments related to the cause of disease,and promote the key departments to play their leading role in the health field Promote departmental cooperation to protect residents' health.Methods: Firstly,based on the literature analysis method,the study read a large amount of Chinese and English literatures on the causes of death of urban and rural residents,extracted the pathogenic factors,and used the permutation chart method to determine the main pathogenic factors.It is attributed to specific relevant departments,and health-related departments are selected through expert consultation.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weighting of the importance of health duties of each core health department,and finally determine the departments that need to participate in health governance and the responsibilities of each department.Results:(1)After literature measurement analysis,the main cause of death of urban and rural residents was extracted,and the main cause of death was determined by permutation chart method: environmental factors,age,smoking,genetics,dietary imbalance,gender,psychological factors,drinking and Lack of physical exercise;(2)The effective recovery rate of the first round of expert consultation questionnaires is92%,and the positive rate of experts is high.More than 80% of the experts have worked for more than 20 years.Greater than 0.7,the Kendall's Harmony Coefficient test of the index's relevance score showed that the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).The final identified core health department were: the Tobacco Monopoly Administration,the State Administration of Taxation,the National Health and Health Commission,and the Justice Department.Ministry,State Administration of Radio and Television,Ministry of Education,State Administration of Market Supervision,Ministry of Ecology and Environment,State Administration of Sports,Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs;(3)The second round of expert consultation is the analytic hierarchy process.The positive coefficient of the experts is 100%,and the consistency ratio CR of the index expert scores is less than 0.1,which indicates that the expert scores have a good consistency,ensuring that the research results are scientific and reasonable Finally,the weights of the six elements of "smoking,drinking,imbalanced diet,environmental factors,lack of physical exercise,and mental and psychological factors" are derived,as well as the weights of the secondary indicators under the pathogenic factors.Conclusions: The cause of death of urban and rural residents is a serious threat to the health of residents,but currently there is no clear research on core health department in China,and it is unclear what departments should focus on participating in health governance.Therefore,China should identify the departments closely related to the cause of death of residents,from the perspective of implementing departmental health responsibilities,strengthen communication between departments,carry out cross-department cooperation activities,jointly for mulate health policies,implement health interventions and governance,and work together to solve health problems.Provide residents with the most comfortable living spaceand social environment to the greatest extent.At the same time,residents should also take the initiative to adopt a healthy lifestyle and prevent the occurrence ofdiseases from the cause of death. |
