Objective:Observe platelets(PLT),plasma D-dimer(DD),fibrinogen(FIB),peripheral blood thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin in patients with colorectal cancer Is there any difference between the time(APTT)and the coagulation parameters of the control group? If there is a difference, further analyze the coagulation parameters of the colorectal cancer group and the patient's age, gender, primary tumor location, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, pathological type,TNM stage And whether there is a relationship of lymph node metastasis;at the same time, analyze whether there is a correlation and further summarize the clinical significance of its existence. Methods:A retrospective study method was used to collect 463 colorectal cancer patients newly diagnosed in the affiliated hospital of Yan'an University from August2015 to August 2019.All patients were diagnosed as colorectal cancer by pathological diagnosis.Patients' gender, age, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, primary site of tumor,TNM stage, pathological type, and presence or absence of lymph node metastasis were recorded. The peripheral blood coagulation indexes of the patients before the operation were recorded.Another 111 cases of pathologically confirmed intestinal polyps, enteritis and healthy physical examination were collected as the control group, and clinical data(gender, age,PLT,DD,FIB,TT,APTT,PT)of the control group were compared with the case group Analysis, the univariate analysis and linear regression analysis were performed on the indicators with statistical differences and conclusions were drawn.Results:1.Compared with the control group, the FIB level(3.47±2.04)g/L,d-dimer level(0.87±0.36)?g/ml,and PTL level(254.2±99.35)×109/L in the colorectal cancer group were all higher than those in the control group(3.15±0.90)g/L,d-dimer level(0.39±0.17)?g/ml,and PTL level(233.9±69.56)×109/L,with statistically significant differences(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the APTT levels(27.78±3.99)s,PT(11.40±1.02)s,and TT(17.41±2.12)s in the colorectal cancer group and the APTT levels(26.66±3.53)s,PT(11.23±0.72)s,and TT(17.38±1.97)s in the control group.2.There was no statistically significant difference in the level of coagulation index between the colorectal cancer group of different genders, ages, pathological types and primary sites(p>0.05).3.The difference of FIB and d-dimer between the colorectal cancer group at different infiltration depths was statistically significant(p < 0.05),indicating that the FIB and d-d levels of the infiltrating serous membrane and the whole layer were higher than those of the mucosa, submucosa and muscular layer.4.The differences in d-dimer(d-d)and PLT in the colorectal cancer group were statistically significant(p < 0.05),indicating that the levels of d-d and PLT in the patients with low differentiation were higher than those in the patients with moderate and high differentiation.5.The difference of d-dimer(d-d)and FIB in peripheral blood of the colorectal cancer group during different TNM stages was statistically significant(p < 0.05),indicating that the later the TNM stage was,the higher the d-d and FIB levels were.6.D-dimer(d-d),fibrinogen(FIB)and platelet(PLT)increased in the group with lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer compared with the group without metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).7.Among the coagulation indexes in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer, fibrinogen was positively correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant(r =0.390,p < 0.05;r =0.163,p < 0.05).D-dimer was negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation, and positively correlated with TNM stage, infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis. The difference was statistically significant(r =-0.100,p < 0.05;r = 0.370,p < 0.05;r = 0.275,p < 0.05;r = 0.127,p < 0.05).Platelets were positively correlated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis(r = 0.153,p < 0.05;r = 0.216,p < 0.05).APTT,PT,and TT were not correlated with differentiation,TNM stage, infiltration depth,or lymph node metastasis(p >0.05).Conclusion:1.The levels of FIB,D-dimer,and PLT in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer were higher than those in the control group, indicating that colorectal cancer can be changed by increasing fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(DD),and platelet(PLT).Hemagglutination status. There were no statistical differences in PT,APTT,and TT levels.2.The level of fibrinogen in colorectal cancer patients was affected by TNM stage and lymph node metastasis, and was positively correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.3.D-dimer level in colorectal cancer patients was affected by TNM stage, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis, and was positively correlated with TNM stage, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis, but negatively correlated with degree of differentiation.4.Platelet level in colorectal cancer patients was affected by TNM stage and lymph node metastasis, and was positively correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.
