| With the development of China’s economy,the dietary structure of residents has changed dramatically.One of the characteristics is that the whole grain intake is insufficient while the refined grain intake is too high.The results show that the germinated brown rice(GBR)is rich in more nutrients than refined grains,which can effectively prevent and improve the occurrence and development of various chronic diseases.In the early stage of our research group,GBR was used to intervene the type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)population for three months.It was found that GBR can significantly improve the blood glucose and lipid related indexes of T2 DM patients.It was found that the fatty acid structure of T2 DM patients was different from that of healthy people.The improvement of fatty acid composition may be closely related to the occurrence and development of T2 DM.Therefore,in this study,the effect of germinated brown rice on the structure and metabolism of serum fatty acids in T2 DM patients was studied.The specific research contents and results are as follows:A total of 85 T2 DM patients were included in the population trial.After random grouping,43 in the control group and 42 in the intervention group.The results showed that there was no statistical difference between the two groups;the results of T2 DM glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism showed that after germination of brown rice,FBG,Hb A1 c,TG were significantly decreased and HDL was significantly increased in the intervention group.GBR can effectively reduce the inflammatory effect of diet in T2 DM population: before and after the trial,the dietary nutrients questionnaire for T2 DM population reflected the dietary intake of the population before and after the intervention.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the other energy nutrients in GBR group except dietary fiber and vitamin E content due to the intake of brown rice;the use of dietary inflammatory effect index(DII).The results showed that compared with con group,DII in GBR group decreased significantly,and the overall diet structure of GBR group showed anti-inflammatory effect;the correlation analysis between DII and diabetes risk showed that there was a positive correlation between DII and FBG,Hb A1 c,and a negative correlation between DII and HDL.GBR can improve the structure of serum fatty acids and reduce the risk of diabetes in T2 DM population: the results of determination of serum fatty acid spectrum by gas chromatography showed that compared with the control group,the contents of serum C16:0,C16:1n-9,C18:3n-3 and C20:5n-3 in germinated brown rice intervention group were significantly lower,significantly higher;the combined analysis showed that compared with the control group,the contents of serum C16:0,C16:1n-9,C18:3n-3 and C20:5n-3 in intervention group were significantly higher The content of serum saturated fat and unsaturated fatty acid were significantly decreased,the content of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid and the ratio of n-3/n-6 PUFA were significantly increased.The correlation analysis between different kinds of coated fatty acids and the risk of diabetes showed that C16: 1n-9 was negatively correlated with TG changes,SFA is positively correlated with TG;C18:3n-3 and n-3 PUFA were positively correlated with the change of serum HDL content.GBR can improve the metabolism of fatty acids,increase the content of antiinflammatory metabolites and reduce the content of pro-inflammatory metabolites.Elsa method was used to detect the serum fatty acid metabolites in T2 DM population.The results showed that the contents of mar1,PD1 and Rv E1 in the serum of intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the contents of PGE2 and LTB4 in the serum of n-3PUFA metabolites in n-6pufa metabolites were significantly lower The results of correlation analysis showed that the changes of PD1 were negatively correlated with FBG,and the changes of Ma R1,RVE1 and PD1 were positively correlated with serum HDL of T2 DM.N-3PUFA can effectively improve the glucose and lipid metabolism of T2 DM population: use meta-analysis method to explore the effect of n-3PUFA in T2 DM and which factors are related.The regulatory effect of n-3PUFA on blood glucose of T2 DM patients is related to their own blood glucose level.Patients with mild hyperglycemia can improve their ability to regulate blood glucose by a small amount of n-3PUFA supplementation;n-3PUFA can improve the disorder of lipid metabolism of T2 DM without adverse effects on insulin resistance.Adding n-3PUFA(> 2.5g/d)to diet for more than 8 weeks can effectively improve TG,TC,HDL and IR of T2 DM.To sum up,the use of germinated brown rice 100 g instead of part of the main food significantly reduced the inflammatory effect of diet in T2 DM patients,and improved the structure of serum fatty acid profile,thereby reducing the risk of diabetes.This study will provide a reasonable diet suggestion for T2 DM,and reduce the risk of occurrence and development of diabetes by adjusting the intake of fatty acids and other nutrients. |
