Chinese medicine hospitals are the most important demand side of Chinese medicine,and the medicine quality is essential to the long-term development of Chinese medicine hospitals.The people have an increasingly appetite for traditional Chinese medicine,so do the Chinese medicine hospitals.Considering that most of the current Chinese medicine hospitals are state-owned,implying that the evaluation methods of supplier management are relatively traditional with many restrictive factors.The evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine suppliers have no regard for timeliness.It is time to explore an efficient,scientific and reasonable supplier evaluation system,which is of great significance to the development of Chinese medicine hospitals.Therefore,the paper focuses on the evaluation system of Chinese medicine suppliers in A Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Firstly,the paper introduces the research background and significance,sorting out the literature of supplier evaluation at home and abroad,and briefly analyzes and summarizes the current situation of supplier evaluation.Secondly,the author analyzes the status quo of A hospital and put forward the problems in the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine suppliers.Then the causes are analyzed.Thirdly,the author constructs an evaluation system of Chinese medicinal suppliers suitable for A hospital with analytic hierarchy process,and analyzes the annual performance of the five suppliers.At the last,the paper expounds the implementation guarantee of the evaluation system in supplier perspective and hospital perspective.
