Study On Vulnerability To Health Poverty In Elderly Patients With Chronic Diseases

At present,the aging problem is becoming more and more serious,and the demand for elderly health services is increasing.However,the current health service system is still unable to meet the chronic disease management needs of the elderly,which has caused a great economic and psychological burden of chronic diseases among the elderly.The group of elderly patients with chronic diseases is one of the groups with the heaviest economic burden of disease in the world,and the risk of health poverty faced by elderly patients with chronic diseases is increasing.Poverty engines work and the current our country has entered the final sprint phase,according to the National Bureau of Statistics latest data,by the end of 2018 the national rural poverty population decline of 82.39 million people,to the end of 2018 poverty rate decreased by 8.5% since 2012,absolute poverty relief in great quantities,poverty is no longer the universality of absolute poverty,sudden poverty risk into the field of vision gradually,the phenomenon of poverty,in health poverty is outstanding,become the key and difficult point for poverty alleviation work;In addition,from the continuous observation of poverty of urban and rural population,attention has gradually begun to be paid to the key vulnerable groups such as the elderly,women,children and the disabled,who face a greater risk of health poverty.Therefore,the poverty risk of the elderly with chronic diseases needs to be focused and alleviated.In the face of these newly exposed problems and new changes,it is necessary to introduce more suitable research methods to evaluate the vulnerability of health poverty of key groups.For poverty to the health of the elderly patients with chronic diseases is currently faced with the vulnerability of the features have a relatively clear outline,this article will health poverty risk faced by the elderly patients withchronic diseases as prospective-health poverty vulnerability,combined with literature analysis to define health poverty,poverty vulnerability,combining in elderly patients with chronic disease characteristics,policy guidance,the construction of the literature review is applicable to the health poverty vulnerability assessment model of this study,based on China health and retirement survey data tracking(CHARLS2015),the health of the elderly patients with chronic diseases of poverty vulnerability,on the basis of Tobit model was used to analyze the influencing factors of health poverty among elderly patients with chronic diseases.Meanwhile,quantile regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of health poverty vulnerability at different vulnerability levels,so as to accurately locate the vulnerability index,characteristics and influencing factors of elderly patients with chronic diseases with high risk of health poverty.Through empirical research results show that based on the 2800yuan/year,$1.9 / day,$2 a day poverty line in elderly patients with chronic health poverty vulnerability index mean were 0.63,0.77,0.783,Tobit model analysis results showed that age,disability,hospitalization,outpatient service,must be in hospital be in hospital,medical treatment for elderly patients with chronic health poverty vulnerability is a significant positive influence,Gender,marital status,education level,urban and rural,town,new farming and self-reported health status of medical treatment insurance 1,2,smoking,drinking,sleep to the health of the elderly patients with chronic poverty vulnerability for significant negative effects,the discussion of commercial insurance in two level of poverty line has not been present significant characteristics.In the quantile regression results show that: 1,3,1,2,self-reported health regression sleep,smoking,drinking has significant influence on the whole health poverty vulnerability,age,marital status,2,5,should be in the hospital and not in the hospital,the new rural medical insurance is a high level of main influence factors,education level 4,hospitalization,disability,different weak level of medical insurance is affected by the poverty line,outpatient service,commercial insurance as awhole in a low level,medical treatment in the low score digits has significant characteristics.The above research conclusions can clarify the current change of poverty,understand the characteristics of poverty,and further do a good job in accurately preventing the risk of poverty,so as to provide the basis for the government to strengthen the medical security and medical assistance for elderly patients with chronic diseases.
