Objective:Assessment and analysis the status of ego depletion with Coronary heart disease(CHD)after PCI(Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Interruption);to construct the intervention plan of the empowerment group and verify the effect of the intervention plan on the ego depletion and self-management and rehospitalization rate of CHD patients,in order to reduce the ego-depletion degree of CHD patients, improve their self-management ability, and provide reference for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease and related psychological nursing work. Methods:This study consists of two parts:The first part is the status and relationship analysis of ego depletion,self-management and perception empowerment in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.With convenient sampling, total 270 CHD patients after PCI were selected in the department of cardiology of a third-class hospital in Chengde city from November 2018 to April 2019 for investigation. The questionnaires included: general data questionnaire(self-designed),Self-Regulating Fatigue Scale(SRF-S)? Coronary artery disease Self-Management Scale(CS-MS)?Patient Perception Empowerment Scale(PPES).The second part is a study on the effect of empowerment group intervention on self-depletion of patients with CHD after PCI.Selecting 88 CHD patients who met the inclusion criteria and underwent PCI for the first time in the department of cardiology of a third-class hospital in Chengde. The subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the admission order, with 44 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine nursing measures, while the experimental group implemented weighted group intervention on the basis of routine nursing measures.Selecting ego-depletion scores,self-management behavior scores and rehospitalization rates.SPSS22.0 software package was used for statistical processing and analysis.Results:1.The total score of the patients with CHD after PCI about the total score of ego-depletion was(47.24±6.60),the total score of self-management was(70.31±12.67),the sense of empowerment was(39.59±3.69);2.The daily life management dimension of the CS-MS was(26.08±4.77)points,the dimension of medical management of diseases(31.90±8.68)points,and the dimension of emotional management(12.33±2.44);the information dimension of the PPES was(11.80±1.48),the decision-making dimension was(7.15±1.02)all showed negative correlation with the total score of ego-depletion(r=-0.337?-0.100,P<0.05);3.The total score of ego depletion in the two groups were statistically significant before intervention, one month after and three months after intervention(P<0.05).At different time points, there were statistically significant differences in the total ego depletion scores between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).After intervention for one month and three months, the ego depletion score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pairwise comparison between the ego depletion scores of the experimental group and the control group at different time points showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05);4.The total score of self-management in the two groups was statistically significant before intervention, one month after intervention and three months after intervention(P<0.05).At different time points, there were statistically significant differences in the total self-management scores between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05)After intervention for one month and three months, the self-management score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pairwise comparison between the self-management scores of the experimental group and the control group at different time points showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05);5.After the intervention, the rehospitalization rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The degree of ego depletion in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was at the middle and high level, the self-management score was above the middle level;2.The intervention of the empowerment group can effectively reduce the degree of ego-depletion in patients with CHD,and make patients realize the effect of the depletion state on their own health management,so as to learn to avoid the risk of ego-depletion and improve the self-management level of patients.
