Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of cytomegalovirus(CMV)and herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1)Ig G antibody levels in the occurrence and development of interstitial lung diseases(ILDs).Methods:55 cases of ILD patients were collected as a case group, and 30 normal control groups were from the outpatient clinic of our hospital. Both groups of patients were improved on blood routine and other related tests.Analysis and comparison of white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil count(Neutrophil count,N),lymphocyte count(Lymphocyte count,L),and monocyte count(M).The levels of CMV-Ig G and HSV-1 Ig G antibodies in the serum of the two groups were further compared by chemiluminescence. Results:The CMV and HSV-1 Ig G antibody levels in the case group were higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);The white blood cell count, neutrophil count, and monocyte count in the case group were all higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the lymphocyte count of the case group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The CMV and HSV-1 virus Ig G antibody levels in the case group were higher than those in the control group.CMV and HSV-1infection may be closely related to the occurrence and development of ILD.
