Objective:This study uses Low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field and Kneading Manipulation of Chinese Medicine to treat osteoporosis in perimenopausal period women' s sternocostal jont pain,and analyses relative standard of patients' remission and osteoporosis,then observe the result of treating to explore the best curing method and express the significance of the method in clinic.Methods:Choose eighty patients treated in Clinic of rehabilitation medicine department of Chengde central hospital from September,2018 to June,2019,who suffered from the pain of osteoporosis in perimenopausal period women's sternocostal jont,accord with the standard and inclusion criteria,not accord with exclusion criteria.Let them sign informed consent paper,and divide them into tow groups according to simple randomization and random allocation method.Give them the medicine oral Aceclofenac Sustained-release Tablets 0.2g/once,once a day,ten days in total,oral Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets one piece a time,two times a day,six months in total.Treating group adds Low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field and Kneading Manipulation of Chinese Medicine method on the basis of contrast group: uses Pulsed magnetic field therapy instrument,chooses the method of changing frequency 8Hz and 12 Hz,magnetic field intensity is set at 4,30 minutes a time,one time a day,each course of treatment last ten days(five days' interval),3 courses of treatment in total;We used pressing manipulation method,and let an experienced operate.The patient lied on the curing bed.We let the patient relax,and the doctor stood at the right of the patient,setting the left hand on the dislocation of sternal and costal joints,right hand clenched fists,and setting metacarpophalangeal joint on the dislocation of sternal and costal joints' costovertebral joint.Let the patient breathe deeply,when the patient breathe slowly,the doctor uses his left hand to press the the dislocation of sternal and costal joints shortly.When we hear the sound,the recovery was successful,one time a day,ten days in total.We observed,measured and noted down the patients' numerical rating scale,NRS data,lumbar vertebrae 2-4 vertebral body and femoral neck bone density data,median cubital vein plasma calcium concentration without eating and drinking before the treatment,from the first day of treatment,measuring the third day,the thirtieth day,the third month and the sixth month's NRS pain data,the third month and the sixth month's plasma calcium concentration and the sixth month ' s bone density data and note down them in details.All the data use SPSS22.0 software to analyse,which fits normal distribution variance homogeneity of variance test'measurement data,using t-test,abnormal distribution data and ordinal data.We use rank sum test,and P<0.05 as difference has statistical significance.Results:Result: one of the eighty patients has case of loss,all the others finished the test,there were 39 patients in the contrast group,and there were 40 patients in treating group.We made statistical analysis to the two groups' data: made rank sum test to their age,disease course data,made t-test on their body mass index,and made 2 chi-square test on their smoking history.Every data was P>0.05,and the difference had no statistical significance.The two groups of patients had comparability.Compare the NRS pain data ? lumbar vertebrae2-4 vertebral body and femoral neck bone density data,P>0.05,difference has statistical significance,and the two groups of patients had comparability.NRS data was ordinal data,used two independent samples rank sum test to a comparison,the third day of the treatment(Z=-3.059,P=0.002),one month(Z=-3.608,P<0.001),three months(Z=-4.494,P<0.001),six months(Z=-3.693,P<0.001),all the data P<0.05,difference has statistical significance.Different treating methods at every observation time had difference on the result of pain treatment.Bone density data were abnormal distribution,we used two independent samples rank sum test to a comparison,in the sixth month's treatment,lumbar vertebrae 2-4 vertebral body's bone density Z=-1.142,P=0.253>0.05,difference has no statistical significance,femoral neck bone density Z=-2.412,P=0.016<0.05,difference has statistical significance.After 6 months' treatment,different methods had no difference on improving lumbar vertebrae 2-4 vertebral body's bone density,and had difference improving femoral neck bone density.Plasma calcium concentration data fit normal distribution variance homogeneity of variance tests' measurement data,using two-group t-test for independent samples,in the third month of treatment,(t=-5.756,P<0.001),sixth month(t=-3.959,P<0.001),all the data P<0.05,difference has statistical significance,different treating methods had difference on improving plasma calcium concentration in the third and sixth month.Conclusion:According to the study,we can find that Low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field and Kneading Manipulation of Chinese Medicine can effectively relieve the symptoms of pain in thoracic and costal joints during perimenopausal period in a short term,increase bone density and delay disease progression,which provided new method to treat steoporosis in perimenopausal period women' s sternocostal jont pain.Kneading Manipulation of Chinese Medicine had obvious effect on the pain in the sternal and costal joints caused by dislocation of the joints,and can restore the displaced joint to its normal anatomical position,ease the pain in short time.Low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field can improve bone mineral density and ease pain by taking part in bone metabolism,promoting the circulation of the blood,which can be used in perimenopausal period osteoporosis.
