In 2015,General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed in his speech to evaluate the effectiveness of the reform with a "sense of gain".Around this discussion, many scholars have discussed the measurement methods, influencing factors, and promotion policies of sense of acquisition from the perspectives of public policy and psychological evaluation.Among them, health is an important factor affecting residents' sense of acquisition.Compared with developed countries, the health status and quality of life of our residents still need to be improved. In 2018,China's overall average life expectancy reached 77 years, and the healthy life expectancy was only68.7 years. In order to improve the health status of residents and enhance the sense of gain of the masses, the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party officially raised "healthy China" as a national strategy. When building a well-off society in an all-round way,it is particularly urgent to answer theoretically the mechanism by which health affects the sense of acquisition and practically improve the health status of residents.Based on the CGSS2015 data, this article focuses on the use of PSM estimation methods to examine the overall effects and intermediary mechanisms of physical health and mental health status on acquisition.Studies have shown that the improvement of residents 'physical and mental health has indeed had a positive effect on rural residents' sense of gain.Compared with unhealthy people, healthy people have a higher sense of gain;from the perspective of time cost, the health status is relatively Poor physical and mental health of this group will indirectly affect the sense of gain by affecting social interaction;from the perspective of human capital, physical health and mental health will increase the sense of gain by increasing residents' income;group comparisons by health status It was found that income as an intermediary variable had no significant group differences in the impact on acquisition. Therefore,in order to improve the sense of access of rural residents, the government should speed up the construction of a health service system for rural residents;improve the social assistance system to ensure the realization of social interactions among vulnerable groups of the health;vigorously promote the rural benefit farmers policy, build a security system to increase income.
