Objective: Retrospectively analyze and compare the curative effect of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with or without preservation of pes anserinus, which could provide theoretical basis for arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, and ptimize the operation methods of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,so as to improve the effect of clinical treatment. Methods: This study reviewed the 25 patients who underwent unilateral primary knee arthroscopy anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction at the Department of Orthopedics,Liaoning Provincial People's Hospital from January 2018 to February 2019.The age, gender, time from injury to surgery, duration of surgery were calculated. All patients used the same instruments and materials during operation and the same set of rehabilitation plan after operation. The knee joint function and operation-related indexes were observed and recorded before operation and 6 months and 12 months after operation. The general conditions before and after operation were analyzed and compared.Tegner score,Lysholm score and IKDC score system were used to evaluate the knee joint function before and after treatment. Results: The knee joint Lysholm score,Tegner score and IKDC score of the two groups were significantly different from those before operation(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in each score system between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with or without preservation of pes anserinus is an effective method for the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injury of knee joint. The two surgical methods have the same curative effect and the same operation time.Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with preservation of pes anserinus has the advantages of less trauma, less suture weaving and absolute dependence of the graft on the tibial canal compression screw. Therefore, clinical surgeons can comprehensively consider, weigh the pros and cons, and choose the most suitable mode of operation for patients.
