Objective: To observe the clinical effect of esomeprazole + mosapride + magnesium plus aluminum in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with cough Methods: During the extraction of the Chinese people's liberation army 202 hospital From April 10,2017 solstice April 10,2018 were accompanied by a cough of reflux esophagitis patients clinical data of 114 patients were randomized,control group for esso beauty pull azole,moser will the treatment,the team for the esso beauty pull azole,mosapride and magnesium aluminium treatment,57 cases,The effects of gastrin and motilin levels,improvement of cough symptoms and total therapeutic efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results: After treatment,gastrin and motilin in the study group were(169.77±22.73)mmol/L and(334.58±83.16)mmol/L,respectively,better than the control group(132.54±21.36)mmol/L and(291.63±71.47)mmol/L,P<0.05.In terms of cough symptoms,The treatment rate of the experimental group was 92.98%,The treatment rate of the control group was 61.40%,P<0.05.The effect of cough caused by reflux esophagitis was more obvious in the study group.For total therapeutic efficiency,the experimental group was 92.98%,the control group was 78.95%,P < 0.05.Study group treatment significance is bigger,treatment effect is more apparent.Conclusion: Compared with simple esomeprazole and mosapiride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with cough,magnesium plus aluminum adjuvant therapy is more effective,The combination of esomeprazole and mosapride with magnesium plus aluminum in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with cough is of great significance and worthy of clinical promotion.
