Clinical Observation Of Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets Combined With Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets In The Treatment Of Patients With Fungal Esophagitis

Objective:Two groups of fungal esophagitis patients were given different treatment options.One group was given oral Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets alone;the other group was given Oral Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets and Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets.By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms after treatment and/or the result of gastroscopy,the clinical curative effect of Oral SaccharomycesboulardiiSachetscombinedwithEsomeprazoleMagnesium Enteric-coated Tablets in the treatment of mycotic esophagitis was evaluated.Methods:From October 2015 to October 2017,90 patients diagnosed with fungal esophagitis(Under the gastroscope,the mucosal surface of the esophagus is hyperemia and edema,and a white pseudomembrane with spots or patches is observed.It is tightly adherent and not easy to wash away.Candida mycelium was found by brush or histopathology)in the Department of Gastroenterology at the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University were randomly divided into two groups:The group of Oral omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets alone(Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets 40mg/time,once/day,orally before morning meal);A group of jointSaccharomyces boulardii Sachets(Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets 40 mg/time,once/day;Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets 0.5 g/time,2 times/day,orally before meals),The course of treatment is 2 weeks.Results:1.A group of only oral Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets and the combined treatment group,the cure rates were 45%and 66%,the cure rate of the two group comparison,?~2=3.99,there was significant difference(P<0.05);2.A group of only oral Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tabletsand the combined treatment group,the total effective rate was 82.5%and 98%,the total efficiency of two groups,?~2=4.82,There are also statistical differences(P<0.05).3.No adverse reactions were seen in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:In the treatment of mycotic esophageal inflammation,Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets has obvious curative effect combined with esmolol Omeprazole Magnesium Enteric-Coated Tablets,No adverse reactions were seen.
