Objective: To understand the epidemiological characteristics of nosocomial infections in inpatients of respiratory medicine, including the characteristics of infection rate, infection site, and bacterial distribution, analyze the risk factors of nosocomial infections in respiratory medicine, and explore prevention measures to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. Methods: The data of all inpatients of the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the North Theater General Hospital and the Peace Branch Hospital from September 1,2016 to August 31,2018 were collected.Patients with nosocomial infection were divided into infection groups.Patients admitted to the hospital during the same period but no nosocomial infection were not.Infected groups were retrospectively analyzed. The confirmed medical records of nosocomial infections are strictly in accordance with the "Nosocomial Infection Diagnostic Standards" issued by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China in January 2001.They are collated and reviewed by professionals in the Nosocomial Infection Control Department, while reviewing the patient's medical records in detail one by one,and perfecting relevant information.Real and complete.Count data was tested by chi-square test.To avoid the influence of confounding factors, the indicators(P <0.20)were analyzed in multi-factor logistic regression. Finally, the risk factors for nosocomial infections in respiratory medicine(P<0.05)were obtained,in order to purposefully prevent and reduce the incidence of infection. Results:A total of 105 patients with respiratory hospital infections were collected,with123 infections, the infection rate was 4.31%,and the infection rate was 5.05%.The monthly distribution of infections was mainly in December,January and November. The infection site is mainly the respiratory tract, mainly the lower respiratory tract. The pathogens detected were mainly Gram-negative bacteria, mostly Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Escherichia coli, and Acinetobacter baumannii. In the univariate analysis, age, length of hospital stay, invasive procedures, and combined use of antibiotics were the main risk factors for nosocomial infections in respiratory medicine.Further refinement of the multi-factor logistic analysis revealed that 4independent risk factors were screened, including: length of hospital stay ? 15 days, invasive procedures, intravenous hormone therapy, and combined antibiotic use. Conclusion: The infection rate of the respiratory medicine hospital in this hospital is4.31%.According to the possible risk factors of respiratory medicine hospital infection, corresponding measures are taken to reduce the length of hospital stay of patients, reduce invasive operations, and rationally apply hormones and antibiotics to reduce the incidence of infection And improve disease cure rates.
