Objective:Observation the proportion of the patient need to strengthen statin therapy from the region of the Guangdong region;According to risk stratification method of the statin drug prevention of ischemic stroke/TIA's China experts suggest and LDL-C target levels, explore appropriate dose to the different patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease; Compared the statin(atorvastatin)drugs dose and LDL-C levels in the dose-effect relationship with the data of foreign reports; Methods:Patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, according to risk stratification method of the statin drug prevention of ischemic stroke/TIA's China experts suggest and their lipid levels,Randomly&non-randomly divided into standard-dose group(conventional dose standard group and strengthened dose standard group),conventional dose non-standard group, and then administrated with standard dose and non-standard dose of atorvastatin for 3 months respectively. We observed the standard rate of different group within 12 weeks. Compared incidence rate of recurrent cerebral vascular events and other vascular events in different groups when given atorvastatin in the 12th week, and observation the drug safety in the different groups.Results:102 cases were selected and 99 cases completed the follow-ups.Standard-dose group in patients with a total of 77 cases(conventional dose standard group were 46 cases and strengthened dose group were 31 case),Conventional dose non-standard group were 25 cases.①All selected in accordance with the theory of the need to strengthen treatment of patients with a ratio of 54.91 percent②Standard-dose group and non-standard dose of medication for 12 weeks each time point target rate of significant difference p<0.05,Each group cerebral vascular incident relapse rate, the rate of other vascular incident and the safety of no statistical difference;③In the conventional dose standard group and Conventional dose non-standard group within 12 weeks in LDL-C reduced the rate of about (32%±10%~35%±12%);20mg dose group to reduce the rate of about(46%±9%~49%±8%);40mg dose group to reduce the rate of about(51%±4%~52%±8%);80mg dose group to reduce the rate of about(60%±0%~65%±2%);Conclusion:①At least 1/2 of the patients Patients with Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease in Guangdong region need to strengthen statin therapy②In accordance with the "statin drugs to prevent ischemic stroke/TIA Chinese experts proposed" risk stratification and LDL-C value, choice of different doses of atorvastatin effective lipid standards③Atorvastatin reduced LDL-C level of dose-effect relationship in line with foreign data.
