Objective: To study the high risk factors in ovarian metastasis from colorectal cancer, with the aim of early detection of ovarian metastasis and early diagnosis and treatment to prolong the survival of patients. Methods: A total of 683 cases of female colorectal cancer patients were collected from Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from January 2011 to December 2016,on the basis of the inclusion and exclusion criteria,272 female colorectal cancer patients were taken as the research object,of which 45 cases had ovarian metastasis. The morbidity age, menstrual status, primary foci, the relationship between tumor and peritoneal reflex line, tumor maximum diameter, intestinal perimeter, gross type, pathological type, differentiation, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis, preoperative serum CEA were included as observation indicators.SPSS 22.0 was used as the data statistical analysis software, the above observation indicators were uesd as covariates, and whether ovarian metastasis occurred as the dependent variable, logistic regression univariate analysis was adopted, and multivariate analysis was further uesd to analyze the statistically significant(P<0.05)observation indicators in univariate analysis. Results:The univariate analysis showed that ovarian metastasis of colorectal cancer was closely related to the morbidity age(P=0.017),menstrual status(P=0.000),primary foci(P=0.006),the relationship between tumor and peritoneal reflex line(P=0.006),intestinal perimeter(P=0.029),differentiation(P=0.008),infiltration depth(P=0.036),lymph node metastasis(P=0.009),preoperative serum CEA(P=0.007),and had nothing to do with the tumor maximum diameter(P=0.091),gross type(P=0.192),and pathological type(P=0.109);The multivariate analysis showed that the morbidity age(P=0.032),menstrual status(P=0.000),the relationship between tumor and peritoneal reflex line(P=0.003),differentiation(P=0.001),lymph node metastasis(P=0.033),preoperative serum CEA(P=0.004)are high risk factors in ovarian metastasis from colorectal cancer. Conclusion: Age?50 years old, premenopause, tumor located above the peritoneal reflex line, poorly differentiated cancer, lymph node metastasis, and preoperative CEA>10ug/L are high risk factors in ovarian metastasis from colorectal cancer patients.
