Objective: To explore the relationship between changes in blood lipids and disease activity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and analyze their effects on cardiovascular disease in these patients. Methods: Collected 104 patients with RA who were admitted to Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from from 2016 to 2019,including 16 males and 88 females. There were 97 healthy people,16 males and 81 females.Collect data, including age, gender, height, weight,BMI,serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),The ratio of apolipoprotein B to apolipoprotein A1(Apo B / Apo A1),C-reactive protein(CRP),and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)was used to calculate the DAS28 score for rheumatoid patients.Analyze the changes of blood lipids in RA group, control group and the changes of blood lipids and disease activity in RA patients under different disease activities. Results: The serum levels of TC,HDL-C and LDL-C in the RA group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.01);Apo B / Apo A1 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.01);the TG levels of patients in the two groups were not statistically significant Significance(P> 0.05);CRP,ESR,and D AS28 were negatively correlated with TC,HDL-C and LDL-C levels;CRP,ESR and Apo B / Apo A1 were positively correlated;as RA disease activity increased, serum TC,HDL-C and LDL-C levels are reduced. Conclusion: RA patients have abnormal blood lipid metabolism, and some changes in blood lipids are closely related to the degree of inflammation.Serum TC,HDL-C and LDL-C levels decreased with increasing disease activity.Low lipoprotein levels and high inflammatory states, both can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. Therefore,RA patients with higher disease activity may have a higher cardiovascular risk.
