Objective: In this study,by observing the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Jingfang Guizhi and Shaoyao Decoction in the treatment of tendinopathy,it provides more effective and feasible treatment options for patients with tendinosis. Methods: 90 enrolled patients were randomly divided into acupuncturemedicine combination group,Hegu acupuncture control group and traditional Chinese medicine control group,30 cases in each group. The Hegu puncture control group was given acupuncture between the muscle and muscle. After the needle was applied, the needle was slowly lifted to the skin, and then diagonally punctured to the left and right between the muscle and muscle, and the twist was rotated for about 1 minute(according to the patient's tolerance),Needle retention for 30 minutes, acupuncture for 2 courses(1 time / day,7days for 1 course, rest for 1 day during the course);the Chinese medicine control group was given white peony 30 g,twig 15 g,licorice 10 g,ginger 15 g,jujube 12 One,one dose per day,two doses in the morning and evening,even15 doses. The observation group combined the two,and the course of treatment was the same.By observing the SF-MPQ(PPI,VAS,PRI),ODI and symptom and sign scores of the three groups of patients, the clinical efficacy of the three groups of patients after the treatment period was analyzed.Result:1.The comparison of the basic data(gender, age, course of disease)of the three groups of patients is statistically meaningless(P> 0.05),indicating that the test data are comparable.2.The data analysis by SF-MPQ is as follows: P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant.(1)Compared within the group,it is concluded that the three groups of patients before treatment are compared with the end of the treatment period, indicating that the three methods are clinically effective and the symptoms are improved.(2)The comparison between the two groups shows that the acupuncture group is better than the acupuncture group and thetraditional Chinese medicine group;and the acupuncture group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group.3.The ODI is summarized as follows: P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant.(1)Comparison within the group: Comparison of the three groups of patients before treatment and after treatment indicated that the three methods were clinically effective and symptoms improved.(2)Pairwise comparison between the groups: the effect of the acupuncture group is better than the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group;and the traditional Chinese medicine group is better than the acupuncture group.4.The analysis of symptoms and signs is summarized as follows:(1)Comparison within the group: the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms of the three groups of patients were improved before and after treatment, and the three methods were clinically effective.(2)Pairwise comparison between the groups: the effect of the acupuncture group is significantly better than that of the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group;however, compared with the acupuncture group, the difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group is meaningless(P> 0.05),and the difference in the effect is not obvious.5.Through the analysis of the total efficacy of the three groups of treatment: the total effective rate of the acupuncture group is 86.67%,the total effective rate of the acupuncture group is 73.33%,the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group is 70.00%,P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant. It shows that the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with medicine is better than that of the two control groups. In conclusion:1.The combination of acupuncture and medicine, acupuncture and simple Chinese medicine in SF-MPQ,ODI,symptom and sign scores are all improved compared with the previous ones.2.The combination of acupuncture and medicine is superior to the two control groups in improving SF-MPQ.3.The combination of acupuncture and medicine is superior to the two control groups in the improvement of ODI.4.The combination of acupuncture and medicine is better than the two control groups in improving the score of symptoms and signs.5.The combination of acupuncture and medicine is superior to the two control groups in improving the overall clinical efficacy.
