The Clinical Study Of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction Combined With Joint Infusion Of PRP In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

OBJECTIVE: To validate the efficacy and safety of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with articular injection of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and to provide a new method for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.METHODS: This study enrolled 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the inclusion criteria in the Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from December 1 to December 2018.According to randomization,the number of cases was in the control group: treatment group = 1 :1 design,divided into control group(knee-infused with platelet-rich plasma),treatment group(Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction + Knee joint injection of platelet-rich plasma),30 patients in each group,the course of treatment was 3 Month,the VAS score,WOMAC score and IL-1,TNF-α changes were compared between the two groups to assess the clinical efficacy;and the liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were measured regularly to assess the safety of the patients.RESULTS: There were no significant differences in VAS score,WOMAC score,IL-1 and TNF-α levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Both groups of patients had a greater improvement in pain after treatment.The pain of both groups improved significantly after treatment.P>0.05 before treatment,no significant difference,comparable.After 1,2,and 3 months of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.The WOMAC scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment,P>0.05 before treatment,no significant difference,comparable;after 1,2,3 months of treatment,the difference of WOMAC scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the treatment group recovered better than the control group.The levels of IL-1 and TNF-α in the two groups decreased after 3 months of treatment.The levels of IL-1 and TNF-α decreased more rapidly in the treatment group than in the control group after 1,2,and 3 months.In terms of efficiency,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,which was higher than 76.67% of the control group.Conclusion: Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with joint injection of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can alleviate pain,improve knee function and reduce inflammatory reaction;Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with joint injection of platelet-rich plasma Knee osteoarthritis is superior to articular injection of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis;it is a safe and effective and worthwhile treatment for knee osteoarthritis.
