Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on restless legs syndrome and its associated sleep disorders and anxiety symptoms based on the "tune-up" theory, and to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of the acupuncture methodMethod:72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were taken as the research object, and were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture, and the points were taken from Zusanli,Yanglingquan,Xuanzhong,Sanyinjiao, and Taichong, and the needle was kept for 30 minutes each time;the treatment group was added with the Tiaoshen acupuncture group points, that is,Baihui,Shenting, and Benshen.Tiaoshen group acupuncture points at the first treatment, pierce the needle backward at Baihui point, pierce one needle up and down along the meridian at Shenting and both sides of the Benshen, all pierce to the bottom 30 mm below the aponeurosis, and repeated stimulation with a small frequency and frequency of more than 200 r/min,acupuncture at each point for 2 minutes, then routine acupuncture treatment, needle retention at the lower extremity after 30 minutes of needle retention start the needle 2 minutes later. Both groups were treated once a day, rested for 1 day after 6 treatments per week, one week as a course of treatment, and continued treatment for 3 weeks.Observe the changes in the International Restless Leg Syndrome Rating Scale(IRLS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)before and after treatment, and evaluate their clinical efficacy. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 softwareResults:1.In terms of IRLS scores, the IRLS scores of the two groups of patients were compared between groups before treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment, the two groups of patients were compared with the same group before treatment, and the IRLS scores were both The decrease was significant(P<0.05),and the reduction in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the IRLS scores of the two groups were compared between groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)2.In terms of PSQI scores, the PSQI scores of the two groups were compared between the two groups before treatment, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment, the two groups of patients were compared with the same group before treatment, and the PSQI scores were both The decrease was significant(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05)After treatment, the PSQI scores of the two groups were compared between groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)3.In terms of HAMA scores, the HAMA scores of the two groups were compared between the two groups before treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the treatment, the two groups of patients were compared with the same group before the treatment, and the HAMA scores were both The decrease was significant(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the HAMA score of the two groups was compared between groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)4.Overall effect:The total effective rate in the treatment group and the total effective rate in the control group. The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.The acupuncture method based on the theory of "Tiaoshen" and traditional acupuncture treatment are of clinical value for the relief of restless leg syndrome, and can alleviate patients' lower extremity discomfort, improve sleep disorders and anxiety symptoms2.The acupuncture method based on the theory of "Tiaoshen" is effective in treating restless leg syndrome and associated sleep disorders and anxiety symptoms, which is superior to traditional acupuncture treatment.
