Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia(PTN) By Penetration Needling Combined With Tremor

Objective: based on the acupuncture therapy,this paper observed the clinical effect of the combination of through acupuncture and tremor in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia,in order to explore a more effective green therapy that can further improve the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:eligible 60 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given Carbamazepine Tablets and Mecobalamin Tablets basic treatment of pocobarb;The treatment group and the control group select the same points,but the specific operation is different.Local affected side selected points as :Xiaguan acupoint;Yangbai acupoint and silk bamboo acupoint were selected for ophthalmic branch pain;Four white points and zygomatic point selected for maxillary branch pain;The pain of the mandibular branch is selected by the buccal cart and the earth Cang;The two sides of body acupuncture were selected as the acupoints of Feng Chi and Hegu.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture,and the acupuncture was left 40 minutes after getting Qi;In the treatment group,the selected local acupoints were treated with penetration needling combined with tremor,after getting Qi through the stab,quick and small-scale lifting and inserting and twisting operation are applied,each group of acupoints is divided into 1 cycle after acupuncture for 1 min,needle output after 5 cycles in total.Every 6 days of treatment,1 day of rest,7 days as a treatment cycle,a total of 3 consecutive treatment cycles.Observe and record the first course of treatment before and after treatment,second courses of treatment,third courses of treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment.Scientific analysis is carried out by using statistical methods.Result:1.According to the degree of pain,the frequency of pain and the duration of pain and other observation indicators,we can see that:before and after treatment,the scores of observation indexes in each stage of the two groups were statistically analyzed,which showed that P < 0.05,indicating that the two groups of treatment methods had significant curative effect on primary trigeminal neuralgia;At the end of each treatment cycle,the index scores between the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared as P< 0.05,indicating that the treatment group has significant effect compared with the control group.2.According to the analysis of PSQI records:the scores of sleep quality in the two groups before and after treatment were compared(P <0.01);Comparing the sleep quality score of each stage of treatment between the two groups,P < 0.05,it can be concluded that with the improvement of the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia,the sleep quality of the patients is also significantly improved,compared with the control group,the improvement of sleep quality in the treatment group was more obvious.3.After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was analyzed and compared:the total effective rate of through needling combined with tremor the acupuncture group was 93.34%;The total effective rate of routine acupuncture control group was 83.34%,the results showed that the treatment effect of penetrating needling combined with tremor was better.Conclusion:1.After each course of treatment,the scores of pain degree,attack frequency and pain duration of the two groups were significantly reduced compared with the previous period,at the end of each treatment cycle,the scores of the two groups were compared,all of them showed that the scores of observation indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.2.The PSQI scores of two groups of patients with primary trigeminalneuralgia decreased after each course of treatment compared with that before treatment,after each treatment cycle,the PSQI scores of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the PSQI score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group PSQI score.3.Two groups of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia after three courses of treatment,two groups of treatment programs have a certain effect on the disease,compared with the total effective rate of the two groups after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group is better than the total effective rate of the control group.
