Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Of Cold Dampness Type By Jinhuobu Needling Technique

Objective:To observe the effect of Jinhuobu needling technique on the knee osteoarthritis of cold and dampness type and evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods:70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group(Jinhuobu needling technique group)and the control group(Uniform reinforcing-reducing method group)There are 35 cases in each group.Among them,the observation group fell out 2 cases and the control group fell out 3 cases.In both groups,Neixiyan,Dubi,Heding,Liangqiu,Zusanli,Yanglingquan,Yinlingquan,Xuehai were selected.In the observation group,Zusanli,Xuehai,Yanglingquan and yinlingquan were treated with the Jinhuobu needling technique,and the other acupoints were treated with the Uniform reinforcing-reducing method.The acupoints in the control group were treated with Uniformreinforcing-reducing method.The two groups were treated once a day for 50 minutes,12 days for a course of treatment,two courses of continuous treatment.After treatment,clinical symptom score,VAS score and JKOM score were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groupsResults:1.Clinical symptom scores:After the treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)2.VAS score:After the treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)3.JKOM score:After the treatment,the JKOM scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)4.Overall clinical efficacy:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.9%,the total effective rate of the control group was 84.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Jinhuobu needling technique can alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients with cold and dampness type knee osteoarthritis,and improve the pain and functional activity2.The treatment effect of Jinhuobu needling technique is better than Uniform reinforcing-reducing method.
