Puerarin Decoction Combined With Massage To Treat Cervical,Shoulder And Dorsal Myofascial Pain Syndrome

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of gegen decoction combined with reduction and manipulation in the treatment of cervical,shoulder and dorsal myofascial pain syndromeMethods:In this study,a randomized controlled trial was used to randomly assign the 70 samples that met the inclusion criteria to the treatment group and the control group,with the method of random number generation Treatment group used oral gegen decoction(pueraria root 20g,ephedra 15g,cassia twig 10g,ginger 3 tablets,processed licorice 10g,peony 10g,jujube 4)cooperate with massage(rolling method,rubbing method,balance method,a finger zen method,plucked method.According to the pain site of the patient selected for treatment,the treatment time is about 20-25 minutes,twice a day).The control group was treated with oral hulishan capsule(0.3g,oral once a day)and massage manipulation(the same as the treatment group).One course of treatment was 1 week,and the research cycle was 2 courses.The results of 5±2 days after the end of the second course of treatment were used as the main evaluation index.To observe the overall efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,and to compare and analyze the quantitative pain score of McGill,the score of chronic soft tissue injury and the disease recurrence after 1 month of treatment.Result:1.Overall efficacy:the total effective rate was 88.57%in the treatment group and 74.29%in the control group2.McGill pain quantification score:PRI score before and after treatment was(23.89±10.87)?(24.31±9.50)and(11.51±8.39)?(15.17±6.55),VAS score was(6.29±1.69)?(6.34±1.33)and(2.06±1.33)?(3.14±1.35),and PPI score was(3.2 3±1.17)?(3.31±0.99)?(1.17±0.66)?(1.71±0.71).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant3.Score of chronic soft tissue injury:Before and after treatment,the pain index of the two groups was(2.03±0.66)/(2.11±0.72)?(0.63 ±0.60)/(1.03±0.75),the index of the stiff cord was(1.89±0.72)/(1.91±0.74)?(0.83±0.66)/(1.23±0.81),and the functional status index was(2.14±0.77)/2.11±0.72)?(0.80±0.58)/(1.23±0.81).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant4.The recurrence rate of the disease was 5.71%in the treatment group and 20.00%in the control groupConclusion:1.Gegen decoction combined with massage can effectively treat myofascial pain syndrome2.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group3.Gegen decoction combined with massage can be used in the treatment of cervical,shoulder and dorsal myofascial pain syndrome effectively,safely and simply,and this method can be popularized.
