Objective: To observe and analysis the clinical efficacy of shock wave combined with acupotomy to treat plantar fasciitis type of calcaneodynia,to provide scientific basis for perfecting the clinical standardized treatment of plantar fasciitis type of calcaneodynia and optimizing the treatment plan of plantar fasciitis type of calcaneodynia. Methods: 90 patients who met the criteria for diagnosis and inclusion of plantar fasciitis type of calcaneodynia, were divided into A?B?C three groups by random allocation method,30 cases in each group.group A was given the simple shock wave treatment, the group B was gave the simple needle knife treatment, the group C was the treatment group, gave the shock wave to cooperate with the needle knife treatment treatment. The patients in each group were visited at 4 time points, before zhe treatmeng,1,4 and 12 weeks after treatment, and the changes of VAS score,AOFAS score and MFS score were observed and analyzed, and the clinical treatment effect of each group was compared.Using the SPSS20.0 to carry on the Kruskal-Wallis test to the data and the repeated measurement data variance analysis.Results:1.The clinical efficacy of 1 week and 4 weeks after treatment, after Kruskal-Wallis test, the results showed that the P values were all greater than0.05,and there was no significant difference. The clinical efficacy of 12 weeks after treatment was tested as P<0.05,had significant difference.2.The pre-treatment score comparison results show that the P value is greater than 0.05,was not statistically significant. The P values of each group were less than 0.05 before and after treatment, which was statistically significant. The comparison between the three points after treatment showed significant differences, and the improvement of the score in Group C was better than that of Group A and Group B.Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of shock wave combined with acupotomy therapy in thetreatment of plantar fasciitis type of calcaneodynia is accurate, which can effectively relieve the high stress state of plantar aponeurosis, improve the foot function of patients and restore normal biomechanical balance,so as to achieve the effect of treating plantar fasciitis type of calcaneodynia2.The effect of shock wave combined with acupotomy therapy on plantar fasciitis type of calcaneodynia was better than that of acupotomy therapy and shock wave therapy, and the effect of acupotomy therapy was better than that of shock wave therapy.
