Clinical Effect Of Bilateral Facial Representative Area Acupuncture On Patients With Acute Facial Neuritis

Objective:Observe the self-madefumigation and washing bath combination with Quanxie ointment in the treatment of early anal fissure and the associated pain,The clinical efficacy of blood in the stool and anxiety symptoms,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Select 60 patients with early anal fissure from the Anorectal Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to December 2019 that meet the inclusion criteria,and divide the 60 patients into random numbers according to the order of treatment There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group used the self-made Chinese herbal medicine fumigation and sitz bath combined with Quanxie ointment for external use.Two times of fumigation and washing,one in the morning and one in the evening.One week is a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.According to the symptoms of anal fissure and the evaluation standard of curative effect,the visual analog scale(VAS),fecal blood score and Hamilton of the two groups of patients before treatment,the third day of treatment,the seventh day of treatment,the eleventh day of treatment and the fourteenth day of treatment were observed.Changes in the scores of the Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and the clinical efficacy of the three groups of patients were evaluated.The data obtained were statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0 software.Results:1.VASscore:There was no significant difference in the pain score before treatment between the two groups(P<0.05),which was comparable.Comparison within the group: The VAS scores of different time periods were compared by repeated measurement analysis of variance.The non-parametric test was used for comparison between groups.The p on the 3rd,7th,11 th,and14th days after treatment was less than 0.05 before treatment.The differencewas statistically significant.The effect is significant in reducing the VAS score.2.Blood stool score: Before treatment,the stool blood scores of the two groups of patients were compared P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,suggesting that the stool blood scores of the two groups of patients were comparable,after treatment,repeated measurement analysis of variance was used to compare the differences in the groups.Comparison of stool scores in time period,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that there were differences between the two groups at baseline 0,3,7,11,and 14 days.Comparison between groups,using non-parametric test,treatment group Compared with the control group on the3 rd,7th,11 th,and 14 th days,the P was <0.05,which was statistically significant,indicating that the self-made Chinese herbal medicine fumigation and sitz bath combined with the external scorpion ointment external method was effective in improving the blood score of stool.3.HAMA scoring method: Before treatment,the HAMA scores of the two groups of patients were compared P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,suggesting that the HAMA scores of the two groups of patients were comparable,after treatment,the comparison of groups was repeated measurement variance analysis for different time periods The HAMA scores were compared,P were all <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that there were differences between the two groups at baseline 0,3,7,11,and 14 days.The non-parametric test was used for comparison between groups.Compared with the control group on the 7th,11 th,and 14 th days,P was <0.05,which was statistically significant,indicating that the self-made Chinese herbal medicine fumigation and sitz bath combined with the external scorpion ointment topical method has a significant effect in improving patients' anxiety.4.Overall efficacy: After treatment,19 cases were cured,9 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.55%.Inthe control group,11 cases were cured,17 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was93.33%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The self-made fumigation and sitz bath combined with Quan Scorpion cream and the compound Huangbai liquid fumigation and sitz bath combined with the whole scorpion cream can significantly improve the patient's pain,bloody stool and anxiety due to pain,and the effect is positive.2.The self-made fumigation and bath bath combined with Quanxie cream has its unique advantages in the treatment of early anal fissures.It is more effective than the compound Huangbai liquid fumigation and bath bath combined with Scorpion cream in clinical treatment.It is a feasible treatment method.
