of qi deficiency and yang deficiency in pre-clinical heart failure patients and heart failure patients have increased.4.In patients with heart failure,the changes of NT-proBNP value and cardiac ultrasound indexes in patients with qi deficiency,yang deficiency and blood stasis are more obvious.5.Phlegm dampness is a high risk factor for patients with pre-clinical heart failure,and peace quality is its protective factor.6.Among patients with pre-clinical heart failure,the changes of cardiac ultrasound indexes in patients with phlegm-dampness and blood stasis are more obvious,indicating that these two constitutions are high-risk constitution types in patients with pre-clinical heart failure. |
