Clinical Observation On Sheng Mai San And Xue Fu Zhu Yu Decoction In Treating CHD's CHF (Qi Yin Two Deficiency And Blood Stasistype)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of shengmaisan and xuefuzhuyu decoction on chronic coronary heart failure(Qi Yin Two deficiency and blood stasistype).Methods:Selection conforms to the inclusion criteria of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine 72 cases of hospitalized patients in the second Department of cardiovascular disease,according to random number table method,The patients were divided into control group and treatment group,each 36 cases.The control group shall be standardized medication with Western Medicine,On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with shengmaisan and xuefuzhuyu decoction jia jian fang,observed for three weeks.Improvement of TCM Syndromes,MLHFQ,BNP,LVEF and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes were observed index change at before and after treatment.Data were collected after treatment and efficacy was evaluated using statistical methods.Results:1.TCM syndrome score:the total TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment(p<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(p<0.05)2.MLHFQ:MLHFQ of the two groups after treatment was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(p<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05)3.BNP:after treatment,the plasma BNP in both groups was lower than before treatment(p<0.05),indicating that the treatment was effective in both groups.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)4.LVEF:the LVEF of both groups increased after treatment compared with that before treatment(p<0.05),but the difference between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant(p>0.05)5.Total effective rate of TCM syndrome:after treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 86.70%in the treatment group and 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)The treatment group was better than the control group6.During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:1.The combination of Shengmaisan and Xuefuzhuyu decoction jia jian fang can significantly improve its clinical symptoms and signs and score of TCM syndromes;At the same time,the two groups of patients were not found obvious adverse reactions2.The combination of Shengmaisan and Xuefuzhuyu decoction jia jian fang can reduce the MLHFQ of patents and improve the quality of patients life.3.The combination of Shengmaisan and Xuefuzhuyu decoction jia jian fang can reduce the BNP of patients4.The combination of Shengmaisan and Xuefuzhuyu decoction jia jian fang could improve the LVEF of patients,but the improvement degree was not much different from that of western medicine5.The combination of Shengmaisan and Xuefuzhuyu decoction jia jian fang can significantly improve the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group.And the effect is significant.
