Bushensheng Medullary Prescription In The Treatment Of Renal Deficiency Medullary Type Of CKD3-4 Erythropoietin Resistance Renal Anemia

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of bushensheng medullary prescription in the treatment of renal deficiency medullary type of CDK3-4 erythropoietin resistance renal anemia.Methods: From March 2019 to September 2019,outpatient patients of the department of renal diseases of the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine were screened.60 patients with stage 3-4 renal disease with erythrotropin resistance to anemia and kidney deficiency and medulla according to TCM syndrome differentiation were selected.The physical and chemical indexes of the patients were improved at the beginning,and the kidney-nourishing prescription,western medicine basic treatment and diet control were given.Four weeks were taken as one course of treatment,and a total of three courses of standardized systematic treatment were given.The RBC,HB,Hct,CREA,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),cystatin C(cys-c),rHuEPO dosage and the total score of TCM symptoms were observed before and after treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated before and after treatment.Results: The effect of kidney-tonifying medullary prescription on erythrotropin resistance in stage 3-4 renal anemia was better,the total effective rate was 88.33%.Compared with before treatment,the peripheral red blood cells,hemoglobin and erythrocyte volume of the patients after 12 weeks of treatment showed significant improvement on average(P < 0.01).Serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and glomerular filtration rate were significantly improved on average(P < 0.01).RHuEPO dosage and erythropoietin resistance index(ERI)were significantly improved on average(P < 0.01).The total score of TCM symptoms decreased significantly(P < 0.01),the symptoms improved after 4 weeks of treatment,and the symptoms improved significantly after 8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment.After 12 weeks of treatment,the score was basically lower than that before treatment,and the treatment effect was significant.Conclusion: Tonifying kidney and producing marrow can significantly improve theanemia status of erythropoietin in patients with renal anemia,protect the residual renal function of patients with chronic kidney disease,improve the glomerular filtration rate(GFR),improve the quality of life of patients with CKD,significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of CKD,and no obvious adverse reactions.
