| Objective:to make the cough relief soup with the theory of qi ascending-descending and observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of post infectious cough,to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of thetheory of qi ascending-descending in post infectious cough and explore a feasible method for treating post infectious cough.Methods:A total of 240 patients with PIC are randomly divided into 2 groups,120 patients in each group.The treatment group is treated with cough relief soup and the control group takes Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules(Asmeton)orally.The treatment for both two groups lasts for 2 weeks then all the patients withdraw for 1 week.The curative effect of the method of ascending and descending of functional activities of qi in treating post infectious cough can be observed by comparing the symptoms score,total effective rate,onset time between the pre and post therapy.Results:1.Total effective rate:the total effective rate of the treatment group is 91.7%.the total effective rate of the control group is 83.3%,and the curative effect of the two groups is statistically different.2.Comparison the scores of the single symptoms:for cough,itching,shortness of breath and expectoration,the T value is negative,and the P value is less than 0.05.which indicates that the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.For wheezing,P=0.92 is greater than 0.05,indicating no significant difference between the two groups.3.The time of onset:the average onset time of the treatment group is 4.68,slightly longer than that of the control group.And the hypothesis test result P=0.286 is greater than 0.05,indicating that there is no significant difference between them.Conclusion:Compared with the control group,the Cough relief soup outperforms Pumikedoubao in the treatment of cough,pharyngeal itching,shortness of breath and expectoration of symptoms,and deserve further study in clinical practice. |
