Objective:Because the patients with brain metastases from lung cancer are in the middle and late stages of their disease, there will be a variety of negative emotions, combined with adverse reactions caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, which will have a negative impact on the body and mind, and the overall quality of life of patients will be affected, still at a relatively poor level.Based on the three-dimensional structural model of "structural quality-process quality-result quality",this paper explores the impact of psychological intervention on patients with brain metastasis from lung cancer, and analyses the positive effects of psychological intervention on improving the overall quality of life and therapeutic effect of patients,as well as alleviating negative emotions such as depression and anxiety.New ideas for nursing work of bedside medical staff. Methods:In this study,84 patients with brain metastases from lung cancer hospitalized in XX Hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were selected as subjects by convenient sampling method.Among them, there were 51 males and 33 females, aged 42-76 years, with an average age of 62 years. All patients were diagnosed, including 40 cases of small cell lung cancer,31 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 13 cases of adenocarcinoma. The main symptoms of the patients included headache, nausea and vomiting, aphasia and hemiplegia. They were randomly divided into two groups, control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, while patients in the observation group were given psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing measures.Psychological intervention measures include health education, cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, group psychological intervention and happiness therapy.By comparing the quality of life, negative mood improvement and happiness index between the two groups, the impact of psychological intervention on the life of patients with brain metastasis from lung cancer was analyzed.Results:1?Comparing the basic data of the two groups, there was no significant difference in each item and there was comparability(P > 0.05).2?After nursing, the scores of dyspnea, sleep disorder and loss of appetite in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of general health status, physical function, role function and emotional function were lower than those in the control group. The scores of ability and cognitive function of the two groups were higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3?After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the decline of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The subjective well-being index of the study group was significantly lower than that before nursing. The subjective well-being index of the control group did not change significantly compared with that before nursing, and the IWB score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the same time, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Patients with brain metastases from lung cancer often suffer from fear, anxiety, depression and other emotions in the middle and late stages of the disease. They are under tremendous psychological pressure, which has a great negative impact on family life and work. They also have no confidence in the treatment of the disease. In clinical nursing, nurses can alleviate the anxiety and fear of patients, eliminate depression and anxiety, help patients face the disease positively, and improve the overall quality of life. Therefore, the implementation of psychological intervention measures for patients with brain metastasis from lung cancer is worthy of clinical application.
