In our country,the market-oriented reform of public hospitals has been carried out,and the public hospitals have been put into free competition in the market.On the one hand,it has effectively mobilized the enthusiasm of public hospitals and medical personnel,increased the service supply;on the other hand,it has pushed various problems such as "difficult to see a doctor,expensive to see a doctor" to the forefront of the wave,causing fierce social contradictions.In order to alleviate the malpractices in the medical market,China has begun to carry out the reform of the medical system.The new medical reform is a transitional measure to realize the "separation of medicine and family" in the medical reform.Pharmacy trusteeship refers to the transition plan of "medical separation" in China,which refers to the use of contractual relationship by medical institutions,under the premise of not changing the ownership,to transfer the pharmacy under the medical institutions to the pharmaceutical enterprises with stronger operation ability and higher management level,through which to improve the operating income of the pharmacy in the medical institutions and cut off the relationship between the medical institutions and drug sales Solve the social problems of "difficult and expensive medical treatment".In fact,from the initial separation of medicine to the two vote system,zero price difference and other implementation policies,the Chinese government has been trying various reform methods to promote medical services to win social public satisfaction.In view of this,this paper will study the cost control of public hospitals in the context of the new medical reform.Based on the theory of interest groups and public products,this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework.Taking QY hospital as the research object,this paper analyzes the cost control situation of QY hospital in the context of the new medical reform,analyzes the problems that affect its cost control and analyzes the reasons for them,and draws lessons from domestic and foreign achievements Based on the actual situation of medical institutions in China,we have put forward reasonable strategies for the deficiency of medicine in China.We should make use of the national Internet plus policy line,rationally use e-commerce mode to reduce drug costs,the government should take the lead in regulating the pharmaceutical market,intensify the whole process supervision and combine the "full drug network" mode,and conduct centralized and unified drug collection.Purchase and other effective measures to ensure the reduction of drug costs,contribute to the reform of China's medical system,and solve the social problems of "difficult and expensive medical treatment" as soon as possible...
