Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of human health.Myocardial ischemia is a common cardiovascular disease,so it is of great significance to do a good job in the detection of myocardial ischemia.Electrocardiogram examination is the most widely used myocardial ischemia detection method in clinical practice.The accuracy rate of traditional examination methods is not high,and "missing" diagnosis is prone to occur.With the rapid development of computer technology,automatic analysis of ECG has become a research trend.A myocardial ischemia detection technology based on cardiodynamicsgram(CDG)has achieved good results in clinical application.By deterministic learning theory,it performs local accurate dynamic identification of the ST-T ring intercepted from the conventional ECG,and displays the modeling results in the form of three-dimensional visualization,that is Cardiodynamicsgram.A lot of experiments have shown that the CDG difference between normal individuals and patients with myocardial ischemia is obvious,and the detection of myocardial ischemia by CDG has a high accuracy.With the deepening of clinical application of myocardial ischemia detection based on CDG,hospital medical staff and laboratory researchers have proposed different requirements from clinical electronic medical record storage,electronic medical record review,CDG detection,and statistical analysis of data.Therefore,this paper designs and implements a multi-platform myocardial ischemia clinical detection system based on CDG.The system is divided into three parts: myocardial ischemia clinical electronic medical records database,myocardial ischemia detection MATLAB research platform and myocardial ischemia remote detection platform.The myocardial ischemia clinical electronic medical record database is implemented based on the relational database My SQL,which can meet the needs of efficient storage and access to the big data of patients with myocardial ischemia and it is essential for the further study of myocardial ischemia;MATLAB research platform provides a powerful tool for researchers to manage big data of medical records,conduct CDG testing and analyze clinical big data.The remote detection platform for myocardial ischemia based on the Spring Boot framework and related components enables hospital medical staff to access the myocardial ischemia CDG detection service through a browser,and it has multiple functional interfaces,which facilitates medical staff to carry out clinical remote management of electronic medical records.
