Currently,cardiovascular disease on human health caused a great threat,causing the majority of the relevant departments of concern and research.Myocardial ischemia accounts for a large proportion of cardiovascular disease and is particularly important for early detection of myocardial ischemia.At present,the most commonly used method of myocardial ischemic examination is through the electrocardiogram to check,ECG examination of myocardial ischemia requires the participation of health care workers,and this method is often only in large hospitals have,while the accuracy of the method and the professional level of health care workers There is a lot of relationship.So the urgent need for a remote automatic myocardial ischemia detection method to solve this problem.Telemedicine is a rapid development in society,a medical means,compared to other medical means it has the advantages of portability and real-time,has been more and more extensive attention.Telemedicine is a medical tool that provides health information and services through mobile technology,which can reduce health care costs,expand the scope of care,and thus improve the overall level of care.The popularity of smart phones greatly accelerates the development of telemedicine.Now there are many different operating system on the market of mobile phones,including Andrews intelligent machine accounted for a large part of the market.Andrews smart phones to its open source,packaging and operability and other characteristics by a manufacturer,developers and users of all ages,so the use of Andrews mobile phone as the carrier to provide remote medical support is a good choice.Remote myocardial ischemia detection is the main goal of the system,and automatic analysis of diagnosis is the basis of the system.Based on the theory of learning,this system uses the RBF neural network to model the signal and obtain the electrocardiographic map,and diagnose the myocardial ischemia according to the electrocardiographic map.Compared with other methods of myocardial ischemic diagnosis,this method is not only accurate and can be in a relatively short period of time to bear the results.With the development of server and cloud computing,ECG data calculated by ECG calculation time is greatly reduced,the use of this method of real-time diagnosis possible.The system based on the calculation of echocardiography based on the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia based on remote myocardial ischemia detection.To implement remote myocardial ischemia detection,the system uses the client/server model to achieve.The client is composed of the query part,the local service part,the diagnostic report part and the personal center part respectively.The server consists of a heart rate calculation section,Cardiodynamicsgram calculation section and a data storage section.Users from the client to upload ECG data to the server,the server uses the differential threshold method to the heart rate data and other information.The server uses the definite learning theory to calculate the ST-T segment of the electrocardiogram,and obtain the cardiodynamicsgram data.The client then showed ECG,heart rate information and cardiodynamicsgram,and the data were analyzed to obtain myocardial ischemia.Through the actual test shows that the myocardial ischemic detection system has the advantages of portability,availability and timeliness.
