Human papillomavirus(HPV)is an oncogenic DNA virus that causes symptoms such as condyloma acuminata and cervical cancer.Studies have shown that some genetic variants in the virus are closely related to the persistent infection of cervical cancer.The analysis of key functional regions of HPV proteins using clinical mutations has become one of the main research of HPV related diseases.Currently,some HPV databases have been collated and published,but there is no reports on HPV mutations.In this paper,we constructed a HPV mutation database and an analysis platform based on HPV mutations,functional domains,epitopes,and clinical disease information The specific work is as follows:1.We reviewed the background knowledge of human papillomavirus and related diseases.We briefly introduced the classification,structure,function,mutation and epitope of human papillomavirus,infection and prevention of related diseases,and we also listed the classification prediction model of human papillomavirus and the research status of HPV related databases,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent research work.2.We designed the program of HPV mutation database and analysis platform.Based on the platform and database design principles,we designed the overall architecture,database storage and platform interface of HPV mutation database and analysis platform.For the special problems of database and analysis platform,this paper proposes a suitable development environment and corresponding technical methods.3.We constructed the HPV mutation database of cervical cancer.We collected relevant data of HPV,including HPV proteins,classification information,clinical mutation,structural functional domains and epitope information.In addition,we analyzed the relationships among the HPV mutations,and designed the storage model using relational database.Finally,the database was queried and processed.4.We built a platform for HPV mutation analysis of cervical cancer.HPV mutation analysis platform includes five functional modules:mutation content visualization,mutation and functional domain correlation analysis,mutation and epitope correlation analysis,BLAST tool and HPV type prediction tool.The visual display of the data is realized through visualization technologies such as Krona and E-Charts,and the interactive design of the user is completed by using JavaScript.By localizing BLAST and establishing HPV type prediction model,BLAST search tool and HPV type prediction tool are integrated into HPV mutation analysis platform.Finally,we published the HPV mutation database and analysis platform,and realized the online browsing,searching and analysis of HPV mutation and related data.
