The Research On Drug Safety Supervision In Shouning County Under The Background Of "Trinity Market Regulation System"

Drug safety is closely related to the vital interests of the people and the healthy economic and social development.In 2015,the reform of “three bureau in one” made the supervision of the drug market streamlined,efficient and unified.However,from a practical point of view,there are still many problems in the drug safety supervision after the reform of“three bureau in one”system.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the research on the problems existing in the drug safety supervision work of the grassroots organizations in China under the background of “Three Bureaus of Unity”.This thesis takes the drug safety supervision in Shouning county as the research object,takes the government supervision theory and public governance theory as the theoretical support,and comprehensively uses the literature research method and case analysis method,through the analysis of the basic situation,regulatory situation and reform effect of current drug safety regulatory agency in Shouning county,discusses the current situation changes,regulatory problems and causes of problems of the drug safety supervision measures in Shouning county after “three bureau in one”.At the same time,combining with the advanced experience and model of drug safety supervision in other parts of China,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further promote drug safety supervision in Shouning County.This paper holds that,due to the external changes caused by the system reform and the laws and regulations of the organization's own personnel,the drug safety supervision institution in Shouning county has problems in the construction of the combined team and the system guarantee in the process of supervision.Under the background of the “three bureau in one”system reform,Shouning County's drug safety regulatory agency must continue to improve drug regulatory responsibilities,enhance the sense of responsibility of drug-related units,attach importance to social organization strength and cultivate the awareness of drug use and rights protection of the general public,so as to comprehensively optimize the effectiveness of regulatory work.
