Evaluate The Safety Of The Regional Drug Market Based On Drug Sampling

Objective:To make a scientific evaluation of the market safety of Beijing drug market by drug sampling data.First,the national security situation is analyzed at the provincial level of nine provinces,including Beijing,Tianjin and Jilin.Secondly,according to the classification of drugs,Beijing is used as an example to analyze the location of security risk points in this city.Finally,the risk signal evaluation model of national level and Beijing level is constructed to provide reference for the pharmaceutical supervision department to grasp the difficulty of drug market regulation.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the overall sample,places to sample and Tianjin,Jilin,Hunan,Hainan,Guangdong,Ningxia,Guizhou,Gansu,Beijing,9 provinces and cities to sample whole relative 9 provinces and cities in the proportion of reported odds ratio(PRR)analysis in 2016 and 2017,and then the smoke,places,Beijing proportion according to drug classification report odds ratio(PRR)analysis,analysis of the drug market risk point,according to the PRR meaning,build risk signal model.Results:(1)In Beijing,Tianjin,Jilin,Hunan,Guangdong,Hainan,Guizhou,Gansu,Ningxia of proper relative in the case of PRR value,the number were 0.15,2.24,0.59,NA,3.88,2.55,2.01,0.16,0.17in 2016;the number were 0.034,1.06,NA,1.88,0.74,3.39,0.53,0.45,0.85 in 2017.According to statistics,according to the risk detection standard of PRR greater than 2,Guangdong and Hainan have the highest risk signal in 2016 and 2017 respectively,and they believe that the drug market of 2 province may have the drug risk signal in this year.There is no risk signal in the provincial PRR value less than 2 provinces.The specific signal needs to be evaluated and verified manually.(2)According to the classification of drugs,the PRR values of 2016 and 2017 of chemical drugs in China,local and Beijing are respectively(0.5,0.6),(0.67,0.17),and(0.89,0.43).The PRR values of the 16 and 17 years were respectively(0.27,0.76),(0.82,0.36),and(0.15,0.84).The PRR values of Chinese medicinal materials and tablets 16 and 17 were respectively(4.05,4.8)(2.24,4.25),and(3.72,3.89).The PRR values of biological products 16 and 17 were respectively(0.09,1.03),(1.35,0),(0,0).The PRR values of drug packaging materials in 16 and 17 years were(1.44,1.59),(1.48,0.91),(0,0);The PRR values of pharmaceutical excipients 2016 and 2017 were respectively(0.66,0),(0,0.32)(0,0).Statistically,on the basis of PRR 2 or higher standard for risk detection,the kingdom of Chinese medicinal materials and Yinpian,local,Beijing PRR values were greater than 2 year 2,thought the Chinese medicinal materials and Yinpian market risk signals,Beijing traditional Chinese medicine and Yinpian market,there are risks signal need to verify specific signal discrimination.(3)Getting Risk Signal Model of Provincial Drug Market and Risk Signal Model on Regulatory DirectionConclusion:Beijing drugs market overall situation is good,drugs and oversee work regulation efficiency more gratifying,but should not be neglected is the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and Yinpian drug quality problems of the market,still need to strengthen the concern and regulation.Use risk models to predict risk signal.
