Objective : Compared with traditional operation, single hole thorac oscopic subpulmonary lobectomy can effectively reduce the damage to patients, which is a minimally invasive thoracic surgery. However, this kind of operation may have a certain impact on the lung function of patients,so it is particularly important to carry out appropriate interv ention before, during and after the operation. In order to reduce the occurrence of complications, the concept of accelerated rehabilitation was improved and optimized on the basis of traditional rehabilitation concept. This study is based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation of single hole thoracoscopic subpulmonary lobectomy in the treatment of early lung cancer patients in clinical practical effect. Methods : 120 patients with early lung cancer from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases). The clinical treatment effect, operation time, intraoperative fluid infusion, postoperative hospital stay, intraoperative lymph node dissection, postoperative thoracic drainage time, pain assess ment(visual analog scale / score,VAS score),patient satisfaction and postoperative complication rate were observed120 patients with early lung cancer from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases). The clinical treatment effect, operation time, intraoperative fluid infusion, postoperative hospital stay, intraoperative lymph node dissection, postoperative thoracic drainage time, pain assessment(visual analog scale/ score,VAS score),patient satisfaction and postoperative complication rate were observed. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.67%)(c 2=7.110,P=0.008).In the observation group, the amount of intraop erative fluid infusion(710.37 ± 155.38)ml,the time of postoperative chest tube extubation(3.28±1.06)d,the time of postoperative hospital stay(8.07±1.42)d were significantly lower than those in the control group(1113.47±210.47)ml,the time of postoperative chest tube extubation(6.62±1.42)d,and the time of postoperative hospital stay(11.48±1.34)d,with statistical significance(P<0.05);in the other two groups, the amount of intraoperative fluid infusion(1113.47±210.47)ml),the time of postoperative chest tube extubation(6.62±1.42)d,and There was no significant difference in the number of lymphadenectomy and the time of thoracic drainage(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in the VAS scores of the first day and the second day.The VAS scores of the observation group(2.26±0.54),(2.01±1.12),(1.86±0.65)were significantly lower than those of the control group(3.10±0.78),(2.85±0.76),(2.44±0.66),with statistical significance Meaning(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative comp lications was 41.67% in the control group and 15.00% in the observation group. The difference was statistically significant(c2=10.292,P=0.001).Conclusion:Based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation, single hole thoracoscopic subpulmonary lobectomy can effectively reduce the amount of fluid infusion during the operation, significantly shorten the time of extubation and hospitalization, effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of patients, and significantly reduce the postoperative compl ications, which has clinical practical value.
