Objective Analyze the correlation between serum Cystatin C levels and the clinical symptoms of CHD,the degree of coronary stenosis, etc, explore the causal relationship between Cystatin C and CHD,and provide some reference value for the diagnosis and prognosis of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 114 patients that were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University for suspected CHD from September 2018 to August 2019 were diagnosed with chest tightness and chest pain as the main clinical symptoms and had undergone percutaneous CAG.The serum Cystatin C levels, biochemical indicators of relevant laboratories, and other general information were detected in the selected subjects. All subjects were divided into CHD group(n = 81)and control group(n = 33)according to the results of CAG.The coronary heart disease group was divided into SA group(n = 23),UA group(n = 41),and AMI group(n = 17)according to personal medical history and other non-invasive examinations. In addition, according to Gensini score of 0 points,1-19 points,20-47 points, and 48-160 points, they were divided into normal coronary group(n = 33),mild coronary artery disease group(n = 29),and moderate coronary.Arterial disease group(n = 26),severe coronary artery disease group(n = 26).The relationship between serum Cystatin C levels and coronary heart disease was analyzed from various aspects of CHD clinical symptoms and coronary stenosis. Results 1.Comparison of general clinical data onto the CHD group and the control group : There was no significant difference between the CHD group and the control group in age, height, weight, alcohol intake,BMI,systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and creatinine, and the differences were not statistically significant(P> 0.05);There is a significant difference in the history of hypertension and smoking between the CHD group and the control group, and the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).2.Comparison of clinical symptoms and serum Cystatin C levels:control group,SA,UA,AMI,the four groups showed significant differences in Cystatin C(mg / L)and Gensini score(points),and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The Cystatin C(mg/L)scores from high to low were AMI,UA,SA,and the control group. The scores of Gensini points(scores)were AMI,UA,SA,and the control group.3.Comparison of the degree of CHD and serum Cystatin C levels : Results Gensini scores were found in Cystatin C(mg / L)in four groups : 0 points,1-19 points,20-47 points, and ? 48 points.Significant difference, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The score of Cystatin C(mg/ L)is 48-160 points,20-47 points,1-19 points, and 0 points in order from high to low.4.The linear relationship between the severity of CHD and serum Cystatin C: At a significant level of 0.01,Cystatin C and Gensini scores were correlated with a correlation coefficient r of 0.519.Conclusion 1.Serum Cystatin C is closely related to CHD,and the more severe the clinical symptoms of CHD and the degree of coronary stenosis, the higher the level of Cystatin C.2.Cystatin C is expected to become one of the laboratory indicators for assessing the condition of systemic blood vessels by understanding whether there is an early change in renal function.
