Atrioventricular block(AVB)is a type of arrhythmia that it is caused by deficient electrical conduction between the atria and the ventricle during cardiac electrical stimulation.Depending on it's intensity,AVB can be divided into first, second and third degree block(I-AVB,II-AVB,III-AVB).I-AVB is essentially a benign finding that does not require any treatment, but it may trigger II-AVB,III-AVB,sometimes even leads to the loss of consciousness, convulsions and sudden death.Currently, the clinical diagnosis of I-AVB is achieved by the artificial measurement of the distance between the P wave and QRS wave in ECGs.This way has some limitations, like costly, inefficient, and subjective. Therefore, this paper proposed an automatic recognition method where the features are extracted from ECG signal and then fed into ensemble classifier to complete the recognition.First, this paper designs an automatic detection method of P peak and R peak, and then proposes a feature extraction method based on the PR interval;Second combine the knowledge of the classifier ensemble,an automatic recognition method of I-AVB ECG is proposed, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by numerical experiments. The paper is organized as follows:...
