Objective:To establish the third degree atrioventricular block model of healthy adult mongrel dogs by radiofrequency ablation (RFCA),set the control group to exclude other influencing factors, and observe the dynamically changes of serum tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a)、high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)when bradycardia, analysis the relationship between the levels of serum TNF-a、hs-CRP and LVEDD、LVEF, in order to evaluate the impact on cardiac function, providing a new theoretical basis for the degree atrioventricular block patients in the clinical treatment.Method:Twenty-two adult dogs were randomly divided into two groups. Experiment group include14dogs and control group include8dogs. The experimental group of third degree atrioventricular block model were established by RFCA and other dogs as the control group. Peripheral blood was extracted10ml (anticoagulant) before ablation, five minutes after ablation,1week and4weeks after ablation. Serum TNF-a、hs-CRP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and LVEDD、LVEF were detected by color Doppler echocardiography. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS17.0, quantitative data was described by x±s, the groups were analyzed using the repeated measurement method. Quantitative variables were analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and hypothesis testing, P<0.05was statistically significant.Results:All models were successfully built. Four dogs died in the experimental group and two dogs died in control group, and there were16dogs were finally analyzed.1、①TNF-a:The overall changes of serum TNF-a was statistically significant at different time points(F=8.336,p=0.005);the experimental group and control group’s changes of serum TNF-a was statistically significant(F=5.605,p=0.036);the experimental group and control group ’s trend of changes of serum TNF-a is different in time(F=6.591,p=0.011),and before ablation and5minutes after ablation, the experimental group and control group’s changes of serum TNF-a was not statistically significant(p>0.05),but one week and4weeks after ablation the change was statistically significant(p<0.05).②hs-CRP:The overall changes of serum hs-CRP was statistically significant at different time points(F=2.917,p=0.047);the experimental group and control group’s changes of serum hs-CRP was statistically significant (F=6.210,p=0.028);the experimental group and control group’s trend of changes of serum hs-CRP is different in time(F=3.959,p=0.038),and before ablation and5minutes after ablation, the experimental group and control group’s changes of serum hs-CRP was not statistically significant(p>0.05),but one week and4weeks after ablation the change was statistically significant(p<0.05)2、①LVEDD:The overall changes of LVEDD was statistically significant at different time points(F=13.438,p=0.001);the experimental group and control group’s changes of LVEDD was statistically significant(F=6.829,p=0.001);the experimental group and control group’s trend of changes of LVEDD is different in time(F=6.222,p=0.028),and before ablation and5minutes after ablation, the experimental group and control group’s changes of LVEDD was not statistically significant(p>0.05),but one week and4weeks after ablation the change was statistically significant(p<0.05).②LVEF:The overall changes of LVEF was statistically significant at different time points(F=4.481,p=0.037);the experimental group and control group ’s changes of LVEF was statistically significant(F=3.792,p=0.028);the experimental group and control group’s trend of changes of LVEF is different in time(F=4.517,p=0.039)3, The serum TNF-a and LVEDD of the experimental group was positively correlated (r=0.504, P<0.05), the serum TNF-a and LVEF showed a negative correlation (r=-0.461<0.05); The serum hs-CRP and LVEDD was positively correlated (r=0.519, P<0.05), the serum hs-CRP and LVEF showed a negative correlation (r=-0.542, P<0.05). Conclusion:①adiofrequency catheter ablation can successfully build the model of dogs with third degree atrioventricular block.②The serum TNF-a and hs-CRP of the model of dogs with third degree atrioventricular block were rising,and was positively correlated with LVEDD,negatively correlated with LVEF. Shows that they related to changes in left ventricular function,suggesting that inflammation may be involved in the third degree atrioventricular block’s cardiac remodeling.
