Objective: To summarize the clinical characteristics of children with grade ? atrioventricular block(?°AVB)and improve the understanding of this disease. Methods:The clinical data of patients with ?°AVB admitted to our hospital from April 2008 to October 1818 were retrospectively analyzed, including demographic data, etiology, symptoms, auxiliary examination and treatment. Results:A total of 96 cases were collected, including 45 males and 51 females, aged from February to April,15 years(mean 5.79 4.11 years).Congenital ? ° ABV16 cases(16.7%),acquired ? ° AVB80 cases(83.3%),and the latter causes including 52 cases of fulminant myocarditis(65%),heart open thoracic surgery first 20 cases(25%)and after interventional occlusionin 3 cases(3.8%),2 cases(2.5%),poisoning after radiofrequency ablation in 3 patients(3.8%).Respiratory tract(29.2%)and alimentary tract(28.1%)were the most common clinical manifestations, and 31 cases(32.3%)had astir attack, among which, fulminant myocarditis was the most common(71.0%).28 cases(35%)acquired ? ° AVB to restore sinus rhythm by drug treatment,18 cases(22.5%)under the drug with temporary pacemaker therapy restored DouLv,13 cases(16.3%)were implanted with permanent pacemaker,1 case of ventricular septal defect after interventional ? ° AVB as required by the family turned out surgery closure parallel surgical repair,1 case of digoxin poisoning children via treated to I ° AVB,1 case of heart first open heart surgery to II ° AVB.The other 18 cases still ? ° AVB,parents tdon't want to install a permanent pacemaker;Congenital ? ° AVB(CCAVB)1 case because of permanent pacemaker implantation, aspen attack more than 15 cases of asymptomatic discharged from hospital.Concusion:Children with ?°AVB acquired more frequently, and fulminant myocarditis is the most common cause. The combination of drugs and cardiac temporary pacemaker treatment can restore most of the acquired acquired ?°AVB to sinus rhythm;the installation of permanent pacemaker is the only treatment for congenital ?°AVB.
