Objective:1.Chinese nurses'knowledge and practices of nurses on deep vein syndrome risks and prophylaxis?KPNDVT?and its reliability and validity were tested to provide an effective quantitative tool for the evaluation of domestic nurses'DVT knowledge and prevention practice level and related research;2.The KPNDVT scale was applied to analyze the knowledge and practice level of nurses'DVT,and the influencing factors,so as to explore how to improve the knowledge level of DVT and the practice behavior of nurses'DVT prevention,so as to reduce the incidence of DVT,promote patients'health, reduce patients'pain and economic burden. Methods:This study is divided into two parts, the first part is the Chinese version of KPNDVT,the second part is the relationship between the knowledge and practice level of nurses'DVT.The first part is based on the principle of Brislin, combining with expert consultation, literal translation of the scale, adjustment through back translation, cultural adjustment, and preliminary investigation by using the Chinese scale. Finally, the KPNDVT scale was revised according to the suggestions and pre-survey results.Based on the convenience sampling method,258 nurses meeting the inclusion criteria were selected from a tertiary hospital in Huzhou City from March 1,2019 to June 1,2019 for formal investigation. In terms of project differentiation analysis, the critical value method is selected;in terms of reliability,Cronbach's?is selected The internal consistency and stability of a and retest reliability scale were measured. In terms of scale validity, the item content validity index?I-CVI?and S-CVI were used to measure the content validity of the scale, and based on exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, the structural validity of the Chinese scale was determined and tested. In the second part, based on the questionnaire survey,258 nurses from a third level hospital in Huzhou were selected as the survey objects by using the Chinese version of KPNDVT as the survey tool to collect data, analyze and understand the knowledge and practice of nurses on DVT and the influencing factors.Results:1.According to the Chinese procedure of the scale, the Chinese version of KPNDVT nurses'DVT prevention knowledge and behavior questionnaire was formed. There are 64 items in the scale, including 3 parts:the first part is about the demographic characteristics of nurses, including the general information of nurses?8 items?and DVT training?5 items?;the second part is about the risk and prevention knowledge of nurses'DVT?judgment questions?,including DVT common sense?6 items?,DVT risk factor knowledge?22 items?,DVT prevention knowledge?8 items?;the second part is about the risk and prevention knowledge of nurses The third part is DVT prevention practice?15 items?.The items of the scale are well differentiated and have statistical differences;Cronbach's?is 0.803,the retest reliability is 0.762;Cronbach's?is 0.803;Cronbach's practice is0.762?is 0.756,the retest reliability is 0.815;the average content validity is 0.88,the content validity of each item is 0.71-1.00;through exploratory factor analysis, the number of common factors in the knowledge scale is determined to be 9,the cumulative contribution rate is 53.398%;the practice scale extracts 5 common factors, the cumulative contribution rate is 55.594%.2.The status quo of DVT knowledge and prevention behavior of nurses:?1?the status quo of DVT training of nurses in China is uneven, the training channels are not diversified, and the training effect is relatively poor, but the training needs of nurses are very high;?2?the score rate of"DVT is the fatal complication of venous thrombosis"in the basic knowledge of DVT is the lowest, only 14.41%;?3?most of the nurses have a better understanding of the high-risk factors of DVT Good, only 4 items have low scores:cancer?44.92%?,family genetic history?47.4%?,low BMI?50.85%?,cancer treatment?51.27%?;?4?nurses have a good grasp of DVT prevention factors, and the scores of"bed rest after major surgery can prevent DVT"and"limited liquid intake can prevent DVT"are relatively low,62.71%and 57.2%respectively;?5?nurses The practice behavior survey showed that the lowest practice score was?3.411±1.345?,?3.415±1.437?for encouraging and teaching patients to take graded pressure stockings to prevent DVT,and the highest practice score was?4.225±0.983?for using intermittent pressure inflation device to prevent DVT.3.Analysis of influencing factors of DVT knowledge and preventive behavior of nurses:?1?the results of single factor analysis showed that there were statistical differences between the scores of knowledge scale and age, education level, nursing age, working years, professional titles, nurse grades, working departments and on-the-job training?P<0.05?.The general data and knowledge scores of nurses entered the regression equation, the regression equation was:y=19.397+2.916x1+1.597x2-1.88x3-5.536x4-1.36x5-1.286x6+0.039x7;?2?the results of practical behavior and single factor analysis showed that there were statistical differences among age, nursing age, current working years in the Department and professional titles?P value was less than 0.05?.The general data and practical scores of nurses entered the regression equation, which was y=46.256+4.271x1-1.118x2+2.046x3.Conclusion:1.The Chinese version of KPNDVT has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a measurement tool for clinical nurses'DVT knowledge and prevention practice.2.The current DVT training situation of nurses still needs to be improved;Nurses'DVT knowledge and practice scores were higher than the theoretical median of the scale; The main influencing factors are age, education level, nursing age, working years in the department, professional title, grade and classification of nurses, and department.
