Objectives:Objective to study whether "dual heart nursing" based on attribution theory can reduce the negative emotions of patients with pacemaker implantation and improve their quality of life,so as to provide reference for similar research in the future.Methods:1.Through data collection, literature review and reference guide, develop a"double-hearted nursing" approach to intervene in the negative emotions of pacemaker implanted patients.2.Conduct the first questionnaire survey and general data collection on patients undergoing the first pacemaker implantation in the hospital to understand their anxiety, depression, and whether they have negative behaviors and lifestyles that affect negative emotional development.3.Based on the results of the first survey, implement "double-heart care" in the hospital, and conduct a second questionnaire survey on the day of discharge from the patient;A scale assessment.4.Organize the data, use SPSS21.0 software for data analysis, and use test and chi-square test to compare the data.Results:1.The baseline data of the two groups were not statistically significant, suggesting that the intervention group and the control group had better consistency in general and disease-related data and were comparable.2.The scores of anxiety and depression were significantly higher than those of the domestic norm.3.Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups;after the first intervention(at discharge),the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups were statistically significant;after the second intervention(three months after discharge),the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were significantly different.4.Intervention group:SAS and SDS scale scores were significantly different between admission, discharge and three months after discharge, and the scores decreased significantly.Among them, the period from discharge to three months after discharge The change is more obvious than the change at this stage from admission to discharge.Control group:SAS and SDS scale scores were not statistically different between admission, discharge and three months after discharge. The scores on the scale showed a slow downward trend, but the changes were slight.5.At the time of discharge and three months after discharge, the differences in total quality of life scores, physical function dimension scores, psychological function dimension scores, social function dimension scores, and cognitive function dimension scores of the intervention and control groups were all statistically significant. At discharge, the highest score in the intervention group was social function dimension entry 1,and the highest score in the control group was psychological function dimension entry 9;the lowest score in both groups of patients was mental function dimension entry 2.Among them,34 items are compared in two groups, except for the psychological function dimension item 1,the psychological function dimension item 3,the psychological function dimension item 8,the psychological function dimension item 9,the social function dimension item 4,the general recognition dimension item 7 score Apart from the statistical difference, the remaining 28 items had statistically significant differences.Three months after discharge, the highest scores of the intervention group and the control group were both social function dimension entries 1;the lowest scores of the two groups were physical function dimension entries 8,and the differences in scores of all entries were statistically significant.6.Compare the first and second points of the two groups. In the first and second intervention groups, the total scores,in the physical function dimension,in the psychological function dimension,in the social function dimension. The scores of cognitive function dimension, respectively, with statistically significant discrepancy. In the first and second time, the total scores of the control group, the scores of the physical function dimension, the scores of the psychological function dimension, and the scores of the social function dimension, respectively. The scores of cognitive function dimension, respectively, with no statistically significant discrepancy.Conclusions:1.The anxiety and depression levels of the patients with pacemaker implantation were higher than the domestic norm.Among them, the degree of anxiety is close to anxiety state, and the degree of depression is mild depression state.2."Two heart care" measures can not only help patients with pacemaker implantation to reduce anxiety and depression, but also help them develop a life style and behavior habits favorable to the disease, thereby improving the quality of life.3.This study proves that "two heart care" is an effective way to reduce negative emotions and improve the quality of life of patients with pacemaker implantation.
